I can’t say enough good things about the staff of the Ritz and how courteous they were in assisting us when I explained to them my medical situation and how I can’t stand for long periods of time. They quickly assisted me in my situation and made the whole night very pleasant. I was truly impressed watching how they handled all types of situations. Plus it was a great concert!!

dan smith: I debated giving four stars but honestly for what this place is, they are great at it. The Ritz is a big rectangular space with a flat floor where you can go see bands. I’m 5’11” and struggled to see the stage at a sold out event but security was efficient getting us in. The acoustics were great for a flat floor box. And I’ve never had an easier time getting a drink at a sold out show. The Ritz knows how to run an event. I just wish there were some elevation away from the stage, or that I were taller, or owned cowboy boots with 3 inch heels…

Was there for Bad Omens, and while they worked hard to keep the crowd in check and keep people hydrated, this establishment shouldn't sell to capacity. Just because you can doesn't mean you should!! There were moment that night that myself and several of the people around me were being squished so much we almost couldn't breathe. There were several moments that my vision was going blurry. There was just physically to many people in the building which is a hazard. If anything were to happen people would definitely be killed from being trampled on. I go to A LOT of shows and have for many many years. And this is the first venue that I've ever had this happen. Not sure if I will return.

Luego en el mini restaurante que tienen en el establecimiento vino un señor y pateó a todos los que estaban comiendo! ¡Dijo que estaban cerca y que se apuraran y se fueran que había llegado la policía para sacarnos! ¡Salimos pero no vimos policías por ninguna parte! ¡No tengo ni idea de lo que estaba pasando! ¡No voy a tolerar ese trato, tienen un equipo de administración muy malo! No organization at all and 75% of the people were standing all night while they had lots of empty tables selling them at 350.00 with no drinks…. Terrible experience!

Chris Perry: I've had the pleasure of seeing a number of concerts here and most recently saw Matchbox Twenty last night. It was a great show, and the venue was pretty packed. They got us in pretty quickly, and there were plenty of drink stations set up so that there weren't long lines trying to get a drink. I didn't realize they stopped serving at 10:15, but it wasn't a problem. We had a great time - this is my first year with the lawn pass, and I'm loving it!

Stacey: Great venue as long as you don't have to park through the forest. There's a nice breeze down in the pavilion area.

Robert: Great venue for concerts, but the parking is horrendous. Also misleading in the Coastal Credit Union VIP area. As a member of the credit union, one would think that would grant access, apparently it is an upcharge, so membership doesn't have any advantages in the venue.

Silvia Q: I just got back home from an amazing Matchbox20 show.Everything went super well.We got there at 6:30 p.m., show started at 7:30 p.m.We got premier parking (it was flawless to get there), lawn seats, rent chairs, got burgers and sodas. Food was $17 per person. I am a very picky eater, the burger and fries are fine for this kind of venues.What would I do differently next time I have another event there:1) I wouldn't rent their chairs, bring your own lawn/beach chair and save $10 per person and invest paying for the premier parking.2) I would bring a nicer and healthier dinner from elsewhere else and put in a Ziploc bag and then inside of a transparent purse.3) I would bring a 1 litter cold water, their water fountain there is warm and disgusting or pay for $5 for a mini can water.Overall, I was really happy how everything moved along from the parking flow to the amazing Matchbox20 performance.

Brooke Edwards: We came to the music park to see Tears for Fears and nothing about this whole experience was disappointing! The music was great, everyone was so friendly, but there was one thing I have to say…I hope someone at Coastal Credit Union Music Park sees this! So as the night wound down we left and realized only once we got home that my husbands phone was lost. My mind went into all the things that could have gone wrong, however we had an angel looking out that night..his name is Tony. He is an employee there, and as he was taking trash out in the carts he heard my husbands phone go off, he went above and beyond, dug through all that garbage and retrieved my husbands phone, but he didn’t stop there! He called me and said that he’d found it, and then went out of his way to bring it back to us! His only words were that he was loyal to all the patrons of the music park and was honored to do this for us. We offered him some cash for returning it to us, and only accepted it after we insisted he do so! Tony is truly an angel in disguise, and his kindness truly touched our hearts, we hope that someone who knows this man will give him a nice Pat on the back, kudos maybe even a high five, guys like that restore the faith in humanity in a cruel world. Thank you so much Tony! The world needs more people like you in it.

Becca N: Beautiful venue to see a show. Will definitely return. The sound was great, lots of covered seating. The lawn area is beautiful and certain spots seemed like they would have wonderful views. Friendly staff, clean restaurants, decent food options (Trejo Tacos jackfruit taco platter is delicious and reasonably priced). Big plus that you can bring in a sealed water bottle.

Young Song: We ordered a cello, but we received a viola bow along with it. When we asked for a replacement, they said they had none at the moment, and would have one in two weeks. It has been 2 months, and there hasn't been any sign of a cello bow and no explanation. We can't understand why a music store has no bows on hand, or would take so long so get access to one.

Our accounts are never accurate, the store has no clue has to resolve any account issues, the forget key items like bows and/or give us damaged items when we upgrade, & they are unresponsive. I wouldn't recommend using them for your musical needs!
