I thought this was a privately owned deli, but seemed more like a chain upon entry. I ordered a Reuben and a chicken noodle soup.The corned beef on the Reuben was rubbery, reminded me of uncooked turkey bacon (tasted similar too); the bread was soft and had good flavor though, which was honestly the best part of the sandwich.Chicken soup wasn't bad, although it was very high in sodium (better than watery though IMO). The broth was thicker and tasted much more like the red broth from vegetable soup than your traditional chicken noodle. Only 1 piece of chicken in the cup.It looks like they had a pretty large salad bar as well, which might have been a better choice.Probably won't go back, but if by some chance I do, I'd probably try the salad bar over the sandwiches.

Stephen Sheriff: 1st time here. Had lunch.. pastrami/ corned beef Reuben, burnt ends potato salad, grilled cheese & pickle. All was delish! A bit expensive, but absolutely worth it. Will be back. Service great. Not much atmosphere, but it's a deli, not a fine dining restaurant. Loved the people too. Parking on street was easy on weekday.

The guy working was super nice and helpful, and we got a half load of sourdough, which was delicious. Also grabbed a bottle of wine- they have a good selection! Dan Davidson: - it states clearly that they close at 9 pm but the employees refuse to serve you anything from the grill after 8:30 pm!- the employees are rude and they make you feel like they’re doing you a favor that they cooked you a sandwich instead of just doing their job! They keep complaining they are under staffed while sometimes would be 3 of the employees and they all refuse to serve after 8:30 pm and they literally tell you to leave!- finally, if you try to order online, make sure you tip by pressing the 25% tip or higher otherwise you’re steak kahuna meat will be barely in the sub all flowing over the paper wrap and the veggies on a different side of the sub. Kelly MacFalls: I have celiac disease which means I’m severely allergic to gluten and any cross contamination with gluten will cause a bad reaction for me. This specific jersey mikes is the best at accommodating for me. When I ask for gluten free bread they always ask if it’s preference or allergy. When I let them know I have an allergy they immediately clean everything off, change gloves, and use a separate knife. At this point I visit so frequently that some workers remember my exact order when I walk through the door and always clean everything off for me. I feel so safe eating here and I’ve never felt sick after. Today the lady working made me feel so safe as she cleaned everything off and let me know she didn’t wan’t me to feel sick!

Instead of goofing off, as it seems kids will these days, the 2 employees were busily cleaning the store, scrubbing the kitchen area. They immediately stopped, scrubbed their hands and attended to my order. My sandwich was fresh and well made. I will definitely go back to this location

STARfish VIGILante: Placed an order online with this location..store was open from 10a-6pm; Ordered food at 4:55; Got to store at 5PM; Lights were on and two gentlemen were inside working; right at 5pm when my order was supposed to be ready, they turn off the lights and walk out the back door. I was charged without getting my food. I called the next morning to be answered by the presumed manager who was rude and cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation and told me I will be refunded in 5-10 business days which is totally unacceptable.If you are looking to eat around raleigh, my advice is tostay away from every store on Hillsborough street, particularly fast food joints. I constantly have problems with these places because they are fronted by kids who almost always get the order wrong, have no social customer service skills and no desire to work.
ashtin crawford: Food is good but the woman working at the front was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at me when I couldn’t hear her and asked what she said. At checkout I asked for two drinks. She handed me one cup and walked away. I got my second cup and went to fill it up. Halfway through she said “did you want a drink?” I said “Yeah”. I was confused. She rolled her eyes, shook her head, laughed, said something under her breath, and walked away. I was very uncomfortable. I was not rude to her while ordering so it seemed out of pocket.
