The lady that did my massage was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked her questions (my first time) and she seemed very annoyed that I was asking her questions. And on top of that they ended our massage 10 minutes EARLY, and started late. Overall a uncomfortable experience for both of us.

Mayilian Wei: FRAUD!!!!!!!!!The staff will say everything to let you make the membership but never tell you that you have to be as a member for two month before cancel. The Staff K told me I can cancel my membership anytime within one month so I made a reminder in calendar while making the membership. But when I call them to cancel it, they said you have to be a membership for two months before canceling. And the person who said she is the manger even laughed, said all customers are responsible to read the billing information before sign the membership form. Poor customer service and will never recommend to anyone around me all over this country.

I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage at 6:15, and by 7:45 I was on the highway after getting dressed, complaining to the front desk, checking out, giving a tip, and getting on the road.I was escorted to the hydro bed and when I looked it was 6:20 before she called me back. I thought my masseuse was running late. Receptionist argued saying it was 6:15. No it wasn't, but even still, after that, you have to use the restroom. When I looked it was 630 before I went head down. Even without a clock, an experienced client knows the difference between 60 and 90 minutes, and when things are rushed.The way they trick you on the time is not cool, especially when this is what you've been waiting for and needed and paid for. Unfortunately it appears as if this is common practice in the company as a whole.

Front desk is amazing (Sabrina, Ellis, and Shannon are literally heaven-sent to name a few of the lovely front desk people). I usually see James as my massage therapist (y’all, don’t be scared to have a man do your massage, all the dudes here are respectful and have families) but alllll the massage therapists are great, to name a few: Spencer, Betsy, Rachel, Andrew, and Marina are all great! Also the facials are life changing and I trust the esthetician Rebecca with my life because of how she has transformed my skin. Go here, you won’t regret it!

Emily Winters: I came to 02 after getting frustrated with lack of equipment at the Rock Quarry YMCA. it goes have more equipment for traditional strength training but as I’ve been going for about 6 months now there are a few things I wish were better (mostly maintenance things).The nicer water filter needed a new filter the first few months I was there, then they got a new filter, then it was broken again, now it’s gone. Soooo okay bye to that amenity I guess?They also recently implemented a rule that you have to check out certain equipment (mostly bands) at the front desk. I asked why and they said because they’ve been disappearing? It’s not even expensive equipment so it just seems like an added frustration from a client perspective.Equipment is always scattered all over like bosu balance balls, boxes for jumps, kettlebells, mats, etc. During peak times it’d be ideal if there was someone at the front desk and another person monitoring the gym floor. If they did that things probably wouldn’t go missing…While I do see the cleaning staff mopping the floors in the locker area, hallway and group fitness - I’ve not once seen them mop or wipe down equipment. The turf area also needs to be vacuumed more often.For such a prime location Seaboard needs more staff and to be cleaned more often. Equipment going missing and grimy workout areas shouldn’t be an issue for the price we pay to go there!

X David: Last year I was having back problems from a rollerblading accident and I signed up for their membership since I had the time to get the problem looked at, upon signing up they gave me a pass for a free 60min massage from between jun2021-june2022. I thought it was weird since I already signed up for a membership which ensured perks like that. So I asked the front desk attendant if I could give it to my gf as a gift for her to redeem and they said yes it was fine. I gave it as a give for her birthday last year. She goes in to redeem it yesterday and she showed the pass to the front desk attendant who took it and said nothing along the lines that she wouldn’t be able to accept it and allows my girlfriend in the back for her massage and then hours later they charge her for the massage and say they can’t accept the pass because it wasn’t hers to use. Which I understand policy but why accept the pass then charge her after the service has been done, that’s borderline entrapment which is odd to be happening from a reputable company. I’m upset because I feel gaslighted and envy that my gf was charged for a service I was told would be free.
