Bill Harvey: They "lost" my package which was an expensive tablet. They take no responsibility, have not tried to find out what happened to it and blame me for the issue. Highly do not recommend.
Bj Edwards: You can tell this store is under new ownership!! It is very clean and staff members are always super friendly! I will be returning to this store more for all my shipping needs.
Bonnie Swift: Went in 20 minutes to close and all the staff was clearly irritated at having to process a package at that time. One of the cashiers had his backpack slung over his shoulder, ready to go. It was a valuable package and I ended up asking for it back. FedEx was friendly and professional and I was happy to pay $25 more. Thank you FedEx on Atlantic!

The employees do not offer a friendly greeting upon arrival, and their overall demeanor lacks enthusiasm. Despite the quick service, the lack of exceptional customer service is disappointing.
Olivia Wolf: I rarely leave reviews, like this, but after reading, this seems to be a common trend. DO NOT take Amazon returns here that are no box/no label returns. The staff will tell you they cannot accept it, when that is not true. EVERY other ups store seems to know how to handle this, except this one. They acted more as if it was going to be bothersome or a haste for them to do it so they tell you they can’t, even when that isn’t true. So if you have an Amazon return that says to be “no box/no label” take it anywhere EXCEPT here!
Emilio Hermosillo: The two UPS representatives were more efficient than eloquent, which made a straight forward service to handle customers as soon as they'd come in. I saw at least 10 customers being helped and served while I was doing my own cycle. One after the other with no added time. I had my own printing and mailing service completed with speed and efficiency. I appreciate that as I didn't have too much time for it. It is very appreciated and I will definitely use this specific UPS Store again.

Garrett Kipps (Gk2011): This is legitimately the worst UPS Store from RTP to the Coast. Bar None. The associates here do not listen. Work sends stuff here, that I can not control, and it does not have a "Name" on it. Show up with Tracking and try to give it to them and they just go "What's your name" then proceed to run around looking for the box without even listening. Boxes come that say "hold for pick" and they send it back. Its as if a Tracking number is a completely foreign philosophy or the only thing in existence is a P.O Box. Once again they failed to check in a box and then scanned it as "Refused" when I clearly tried to get it that day.
Kep Pate: Paid $90 for next day air delivery and it did not arrive on time.
Lisl Howell: I recently went to this store to send a letter express mail, overnight. I didn’t want to deal with the post office, which is why I went to a UPS store. Didn’t realise until I got home, that they use the post office for their express mail deliveries! I only found out after I tried to track the package and couldn’t. It was supposed to be delivered the next day and I couldn’t even track the package!! I had to call the post office and have them try and find my package the next day. The UPS store charged me $49 and I could have taken it to the post office myself!!! And they would have charged me $23. Such a ripoff from UPS!!! They didn’t even inform me that the letter was being sent by the USPS. Will never go back to this store. Called and spoke to the manager and he tells me that the USPS is responsible for the package and not them. Horrible customer service and they will never see me again!
Jarod Oehl: I basically never write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I went today on November 21st, 2022 and had an absolutely terrible experience. Went in for a simple Amazon return (of which I have made plenty over the years) which is normally a very straightforward process. I hand them the box/product (for no box, no label returns) and they hand me a shipping receipt and I go on about my day. At this store, however, the clerk went to the back to grab a box for my no box/no label return and said that he was going to charge me for the box and the packaging. Considering that is not how those returns are even done, I am not sure if this is just a scam or complete incompetence. The manager on duty even agreed with him about charging me. Either way I asked for my shoes back and left to go to another store where the clerk was competent and returned my stuff properly. However, the guys at this UPS store didn't actually cancel the return so Amazon thought the returns were already sent. After talking with Amazon customer service, they just told me to take it to another store and it should be fine. Considering how much of UPS's business is Amazon returns, I am sickened by this store's policy to scam customers. Please do not ever go to this store. The clerk at the second store said this store had new management and was being poorly run, and I can clearly see that.TLDR: This store wanted to scam me by charging me to send back an Amazon return. New management must be trying to make money at all costs.
Nel Byzio: Favorite local UPS store. The staff is VERY helpful and kind. I ship things frequently and therefore go there a lot because even the younger staff members are amazing. I make it a special point to only go there if I can because of their attitude and service.
E Fahy: I have had good experiences at this UPS Store for basic services, but don't waste your time trying to get something notarized. Their Web site says they have a notary, but they don't, and when I called about it, they didn't seem concerned about this misinformation.
Linwood Johnson: Went to drop of my cable boxes and the manager told me they could not take them till after 3. Not very nice about. It only takes 60 seconds. I went to Creedmoor Rd and they did it for me and let me know that was bull to have to wait till 3. I don't recommend using the NHC location until they find some new help.
Cole Canedy: I have been to several UPS stores around the area and I have to say my experience has been fairly average. I went to this UPS store expecting the same thing, but was very surprised. Geraldine greeted every person in the store and was not only incredibly attentive, but was quickly getting people through the process. All of this with a smile on her face. I even accidentally brought in FEdEx packages (whoops - the competition!). She was able to inform me of where to go and even gave me some packing slips to secure the labels and taped up the boxes to insure safe delivery. I will never go to another ups store as long as I am living in Raleigh. Thank you Geraldine! I can see why you are the manager of this store, and should be an example that UPS uses for managers at all store fronts.

However, I’ve finally had it with the pharmacist April!! My goodness. She is rude, hateful and condescending!! If explanations of medications to my elderly mother are not worth your time then please get a new job!! Not to mention she seriously is meaner to black customers. She racially profiles people in the store. Think twice before going here.
