Denise Ball: Not so great. Not all Starbucks serve the same drinks. This branch had no smoothies at all. They had no alternate frappes either. I asked for a strawberry frappe. Took explaining what it took to be made, their version of what I wanted was given. A watered down drink. The window guy had the personality of watching paint dry. His answer was: "You can come inside so you don't have to wait in line". I told him no that's ok. After another 6 minutes wait in line, I got to the window and woman said: "Oh yes here is your sandwich. Have a nice day". I told her how inconvenient this was for me to come back and wait so long and on top of it no apology from anyone at all. She said next time that happens, they can bring me the item outside. I told her that's what exactly what should have happened instead of telling me if I don't want to wait I can come in. Still no apology at all so I guess I am very sorry for making your day so inconvenient!!!

Next, I placed an order for a 20 oz coffee with cream and sugar on the side. The cup of cream had a tiny splash, I requested and was given more. Not the problem. Once I drove away and parked elsewhere to mix my cream and sugar, I quickly realized my coffee was frothy, hence it already had cream and sugar and that totally explains why it cost so much more than expected.Wrong order, bad parking. The coffee was good but order wasn't what I wanted.

Nope.I actually only walked in to order today to use store credit, because a few weeks back this same person couldn’t figure out how to refund a purchase with receipt back to my Starbucks card, and “could only give me store credit”, which you can’t load onto the app like she claimed and must use in store.If this was just a one off experience about the dog bag, I’d deal, but it’s not. I will say there have been some really great people who worked here, but more often then not, recently, I get my coffee and the experience here makes me feel way worse than when I walked in. Oliver Peckham: Went in over an hour before closing on a Saturday and all the chairs had been put up and the bathroom was blocked by a trash can. Service was otherwise good, but this location is not good if you're looking to relax or work over coffee.

Team 7 Channel: Un buen servicio en un lugar realmente pequeño. Son muy rápidos con Frapps y Winter Drinks. Y eran muy educados y tenían muy buenos modales. Definitivamente regresaré a este Starbucks para darles más negocios en el futuro.
