I was out of town during the transaction, but that wasn't a problem at all. I even had an issue with my wire transfer and Steve said no problem. The bike was ready on Saturday when we picked it up. Collin Duffy: No estoy seguro del lado de las ventas de la casa, pero estoy hablando del lado del servicio. Así que de 6 a 7 semanas con mi bicicleta y más de $ 1,000 y todavía no funciona correctamente.

Matt Duvall: Joe and Brett are the best! They are both highly experienced and skilled, and I’ve never worked with mechanics more willing to spend all the time necessary to answer my questions and explain everything thoroughly. I ride an old basic bike and I get as much customer service as the brand new baggers and customs worth 10x as mine. Since switching to All In from another local shop, my bike is way more reliable, and the performance I’m getting from it is better than the previous 10 years. Bring your bike here, and notice the wall to wall pack of bikes from all of the repeat customers. These guys rock.

I plan on buying my next here in the early spring, I recommend you doing the same.. ☺️ so if you're looking to finance the motorcycle that's definitely the place to go they got really low payment plans that anybody can afford it is a must-do coming up in this spring go get you a nice bike and put you a nice little honey on the back..
Rob Woods: Brought in a bike for a trade and after an hour or so of price negotiations landed on the trade plus $850 out the door. I call the next day to see when the new bike is ready and I’m told it’s now $2000 out the door. That’s not how I like to do business with people.Edit: Red, the mechanic is awesome and really understands customer service. I want to be fair.

Tony Laws: Fui a comprar una bicicleta y me dirigieron a una Honda VTX-1300 2007. Me dijeron que estaba como nuevo con menos de 9,000 millas. Lo compré y pagué en efectivo. Esperé mi etiqueta. Tuvieron que darme una etiqueta de distribuidor porque expiró la temperatura. Esto probablemente no sea legal. Luego le puse gasolina y descubrí que tenía más de 29,000 millas. Llamé y les dije que lo traería de vuelta. Lo retiraron y dijeron que fue un error de su parte. Dije que volvería y tal vez podríamos negociar otra bicicleta. Regresé pero el propietario dijo que no había trato, solo un reembolso. Incluso les dije que pagaría la diferencia por una bicicleta más cara, pero me dieron un cheque y salí por la puerta arrastrando los pies. Me devolvieron el dinero de la bicicleta, pero no las alforjas que les compré. También hice unos 6 viajes desde Holly Springs hasta North Raleigh. Creo que el propietario tenía miedo de los problemas legales con la presentación del título con el millaje incorrecto. Lo informé al dmv de todos modos.

No issues here.However, he forgot to collect the plates, and when he called them about this a few days later they assured him it will be taken care of (i.e. they will return the plates to DMV). Great, good deal. But it was not taken care of _still_ even though he called three more times (each time was either put on hold for a very long time after being reassured that this is being taken care of and could he just please hold while they check on this, or promised to be called back - which never happened). Today on the phone he was yet again assured that it’s being taken care of today/tomorrow. We shall see. (UPD: nothing happened. Ugh.)So please remember to grab your plates right away if you are selling your motorcycle there.UPD-2: The plates issue was resolved, so the real problem was communication. Added one more star for fairness.

JD Hoggard: Brought in some wheels because my bike was vibrating at speed. Charged me $120 for balancing two wheels that I brought off the bike which is ridiculous. When I asked for a quote beforehand, they beat around the bush and told me it could be a multitude of things. Very misleading and insane price.

Ended up getting an oil change also. Done by 1200pm. Great down home service. They work on all types of bikes, I have a Honda shadow. I haved lived here all my life and didn't know about this secret gem. Glad I do now!
Neil Antieau: Today I was riding downtown Raleigh and I picked up a nail in my rear tire about 30 minutes before Barnett's Suzuki closed. I didn't know what to do and called for advise. Mike Barnett answered and said he will send someone for me with a trailer and get his mechanic to hang around to fix my tire. "SAVED THE DAY" kind of service. They just quickly jumped to the front of the line of my favorite Dealerships. Could have easliy told me good luck and we close in thirty minutes. A great bunch of guys over there. Brian Castelli: Barnett's is a diamond in the rough. It's off the beaten path. Inventory and selection are somewhat limited. What that have is good prices and friendly service on what they do have. I will shop here again.
