Beth Clayton: El material puede ser menos que en otros lugares, pero donde te consiguen te piden que envíes fotos en lugar de medir tus artículos. Terminas con material extra, en mi caso, 6 yardas. Cuando dice algo al respecto, la respuesta es que es posible que necesite más si sucede algo. Luego si no pides el material sobrante, se lo venden a otra persona. No fui solo yo que esto ocurrió; también le pasó a mi suegra. Le sobraron 3 yardas para rehacer todos sus artículos.

Envié mis cojines, almohadas y otomana para recuperarme con confianza. ¡No me decepcionó! D S: Recientemente experimenté Printers Alley por primera vez la semana pasada y me impresionó la calidad y la selección de telas. Un empleado joven y servicial cortó muestras para mí. Otro empleado algo helado llamó por mi compra de una muestra más grande. Ayer hice otro viaje para comprar la tela que elegí para mi proyecto. El empleado con el que interactué en este viaje era frío y presumido, lo que realmente parece innecesario y decepcionante para una tienda de telas. Volveré cuando se necesiten mejores selecciones de telas para mis proyectos pero, sinceramente, el servicio de atención al cliente es desagradable y no inspira creatividad.

The first time I called to see if it was on the way, the sales person said she was sure it would be in any day. She couldn't be bothered to check to make sure the order had been placed. A week ago I got a call saying the fabric had come in and would be shipped that day. When I called this morning I was told the fabric was never shipped to me. It will (probably) be here tomorrow. Very disappointing.

John Norton: Fitted a set of leather seat covers made by Ridies.com to a 2002 Audi TT roadster. The new covers had some ill-fitting details that they were able to re-sew and correct. Pleased with the work. I’d hire them again, and I recommend them for auto Upholstery work in the NC Triangle area.
Jairo Vasquez: Tuve una muy mala experiencia con este lugar, tomamos tres vehículos diferentes, un Mazda 1999, un Cadillac Escalade 2002; y un Toyota Corrola 2002. Los tres trabajos de mala calidad. Best decision ever! My custom cushion for my mudroom was made exactly to my measurements. I liked it so well, I decided to breathe some new life into some some furniture pieces as well. Second best decision ever! Everything turned out beautifully. The prices were fair as well. They also recommended Capitol Fabrics in Wake Forest where I found just the fabrics I needed at extremely competitive pricing. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

The cushions were redone in fabric we selected and the workmanship is outstanding. Not only was the job done extremely professionally, they worked within our timeframe to get it done. We were quoted much higher for the whole project by two other competitors AND told it would take 4-6 weeks to complete. AFC had the whole project done within 3 weeks and couldn’t have been nicer to work with from beginning to end.

Beth Clayton: Do not be fooled by sending pictures, they overestimate how much material you need. Also, make sure you ask for leftover material otherwise they will sell it to someone else.

The owner is so kind and helpful, and the quality of the home decor fabric at a great price point is unbeatable. 3 Sisters Embroidery: What a wonderful experience I had today at Capital Fabrics. The selections was great and the prices were more than reasonable. In addition to that, the customer service was superb. I was undecided about what I needed but Ms. Penny patiently worked with me for a couple of hours looking at every fabric in the store. She professionally explained the pros and cons of each item. She lead me to the perfect choices and I know my project will come out beautifully. Thank you again for your expertise!
