    Andrea Martin: So, I’m not sure of the managers name but they definitely do NOT need her there! She was extremely rude and was not willing to help at all! The other staff were nice but she was NOT! I went there to get tested for COVID and paid $270 to get the results for the same day, but I never got them sent to my email as I suggested! I literally drove back just to get my results (If you are traveling make sure your flight doesn’t get canceled because they do not care!) They told me to pay $270 again 2 days later due to my flight being canceled. I do NOT recommend this place unless they change the manager to someone more professional because she was extremely RUDE! I do NOT recommend this place for COVID testing!!!

    CW: Um 😐 in the picture I am sharing I don’t know what on earth happened here because I never ever bruise like this especially not for blood drawn. I been in hospital days with IV and I never bruise. 1 hour later after blood drawn I started bruising it’s been many days and instead of getting better it looks worse. I did tell the lady that no one ever did that location where she put the needle and that it was very painful. She looked at me like she could care one bit if I was in pain or not and completely ignored me. I guess you have no say just be quiet and appreciate that they “helping” you. If she would have been a bit more considerate I wouldn’t be here upset. I am worry now that she hurt a vein or something. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back, I’m scared now.

    Cyrus Asgari: I just took my CBT test for the TSA TSO position. It was a good environment, the guy manning the desk was very cool, and I passed. It’s just that my desk chair was very squeaky and there was not enough privacy space between computers.

Arrived for an exam that was shipped to them, they say they don't have it yet, on way out door there's a second missed delivery ticket on their door. Shipping tracking now shows three missed delivery attempts so won't try to deliver again. Testing business won't answer phone, voicemails, or email. Unable to take exam. Shameful!! Save yourself the trouble and frustration, GO ELSEWHERE!
    Nancy GG: Called about 1030am on May, 18 2022 to inquire about getting a test day and to find out about any fees to be paid. Representative asked me about what board do I need to be tested for and I answered to her that I didn't know, she already sounded stressful and loud and get worst when she asked me what test I was taking, so I replied to her that it was Spanish reading and writing for Medical Interpreter Degree, she went louder and told me that they did not had that test there. I asked her what was her name and why she was yelling at me and why she got so angry and she got so defensive about it and told me that she was not giving her name and hung up the phone. Unfortunately this is the place where I want to go to take my test, and to be dealing with representatives who have not clients relation training and bring their home frustrations to work with it is not fair.

Our decision was based on conversations with Matt and the quote we received - I had a ton of questions about Radon mitigation - he was very knowledgeable and the information he provided was extremely helpful. The quote we received was fair, complete, and straightforward (others we saw were charging more and on top of that, adding costs for certain features which RTL had built into their quote with no extra charges).Communication leading up to the install was very clear and timely, as was during and after the installation (there were 2 follow up tests to confirm levels). Cody and Dave installed our system - they conducted an airflow test before they started and during the install they would routinely pop in to review what had been done and what the next steps would be. Lots of good feedback and discussion with them. After the install we were given an overview of the system, including how to review pressure indicators and how to recognize symptoms of a malfunctioning system. A few days after the install and a test was conducted - the bottom line is that the mitigation is effective. Professional team, reasonable cost, well installed and effective system. 5/5 stars.

    Jason: I chose RTL at the recommendation of my realtor for a radon mitigation system. Matt, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. I was having this system installed while out of state and his installation tech even had a 30 minute call with me while he was at the house to compare potential installation methods. I'm very particular about details and this work was done flawlessly. Overall it was a professional and great experience; if you need radon mitigation services in the triangle area I would highly recommend RTL!
