Andrea Martin: So, I’m not sure of the managers name but they definitely do NOT need her there! She was extremely rude and was not willing to help at all! The other staff were nice but she was NOT! I went there to get tested for COVID and paid $270 to get the results for the same day, but I never got them sent to my email as I suggested! I literally drove back just to get my results (If you are traveling make sure your flight doesn’t get canceled because they do not care!) They told me to pay $270 again 2 days later due to my flight being canceled. I do NOT recommend this place unless they change the manager to someone more professional because she was extremely RUDE! I do NOT recommend this place for COVID testing!!!

CW: Um 😐 in the picture I am sharing I don’t know what on earth happened here because I never ever bruise like this especially not for blood drawn. I been in hospital days with IV and I never bruise. 1 hour later after blood drawn I started bruising it’s been many days and instead of getting better it looks worse. I did tell the lady that no one ever did that location where she put the needle and that it was very painful. She looked at me like she could care one bit if I was in pain or not and completely ignored me. I guess you have no say just be quiet and appreciate that they “helping” you. If she would have been a bit more considerate I wouldn’t be here upset. I am worry now that she hurt a vein or something. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back, I’m scared now.

Our realtor recommended another company and gotten us their estimate, I called to speak with them to ask some questions, but they never called me back and that was a red flag for me already so I decided to look up a company on my own based on their credentials and reviews of others, although RTL didn’t have a lot of reviews, I liked what I read in their website and decided to give them a call. Their secretory (Kathy) put me in touch with Matt, who I guess is their salesman and coordinator, he was very patient with me and answered all my questions and when I got their estimate, it was higher then the other company, but I knew these guys would be the better option for me and they were. Every single person I met was great. Cody, David, Emery, matt and Kathy all are very nice and professional and above all knowledgable and they get the job done with customer’s 100% satisfaction. Great company , I recommend RTL to anyone that is looking to get a mitigation system for their home.

Constantin Dornburg: The place is fine. One downside is that they have no place to sit down before your test except for the three chairs that are outside in the front. Good luck if you get there early and it’s raining or cold. However I will say that if you do get there a little early they just let you start your exam if they aren’t busy.

Clout Boys: Wish I could give zero stars. This place is a horrible location for students to commute to. No parking deck is nearby that accommodates students taking their exam which results in cars being towed away. Nc state this needs to stop. Intimidating feeling walking in makes you think you WILL fail.

sam furna: The only issue I have with the Delta testing center is that is has nowhere to wait. Everything else is fine, availability, ease of registering for exams, etc.

hepptino: Honestly I had a great first experience here. I’ve taken two previously proctored GRE tests off campus that were horrible but this location is super friendly. Everyone was kind and helpful. Their earbuds and headphones are nice. All computers come with music you can listen to while taking the test. The only negative is they don’t have lockers to store your items so I don’t advise bringing valuables with you. They say they have cameras to watch your stuff though.

Rachel L.: Unaccommodating and Disinterested in supporting students.As an employed (full-time) graduate student commuting from out of area to take tests at the center, I was late due to a major wreck that caused phenomenal highway traffic. I was refused the option to take the test using the remainder of my allotted time, which is standard procedure for tests completed in the classroom. Despite being the only person in the testing center, the staff were not interested in accommodating my needs. They refused to provide an explanation as to why I could not use the remaining 75 minutes of my 90 minute scheduled appointment, nor change my testing time to the next start time, which I was told, was not at capacity. I was given no other option than to commute back home without having taken the test, and plan to take off additional time from work to make another hour-long trip at a later date. Delta Testing is not interested in supporting employed graduate students whom take valuable time off of work to further their education; it is simply too much of an inconvenience for the staff.Prepare yourself for a rather unpleasant experience if you can not find another way to take required exams. Deplorable.

Emily Orr: Once you are seated and testing it's okay, but there is no place to park! The closest parking decks are always full and the only decks with space are so far away that if you park there, you will miss your exam.

Rebekah Brown: Always a good testing center! 100% of the tests I have taken here have had positive experiences and there have been quite a few exams. You do have to pay for parking or you can take the Wolfline for free from their many free parking lots. The staff is extremely efficient and courteous while the facilities are quiet and even provide lockers to put your non-test related materials in while you take an exam. No complaints.On a side note to other comments: I was there the day that the lines were out the door and it was long but really not bad considering the circumstances! The fact that there had been school closures (from a snow storm) during a prime testing period made the lines abnormally long and of course it was going to be cold. This was an outlier day! However, students are able to virtually check in or sign up for time-slots so this does not occur very often and one does not need to wait in these lines.

Lewis W: I don't know why all these people dissing the testing center, the staff are always nice and helpful. It's a super convenient place to take tests that fits your schedule. Just because you're professor over scheduled a testing period so there is a long wait or your saltyass and failed a test doesn't mean you should give this place a one star rating. Also they have stepped up their game with the scheduling and time slots, overall a great facility.

Austin Durham: Had to wait 4 hours and 45 minutes to take a test for a 100 level class. They said there was nothing they could do and to just wait in the library or something. Dozens of students were turned away HOURS before the last sign in time. This is a joke and an embarrassment to the university.

David Hight: Variable closing times accompanied with constant distraction from staff and other test takers makes this one of the worst places you could sit for an exam. To top it all off, they have no sense of rational thought when it comes to testing. On an open book open note exam which lasts 3 hours, they permit textbooks and laptops but not bathroom breaks and water; being forced to endure this any longer and I might label the center inhumane. Simply a poor testing environment, go anywhere else.
