She called Niel and he YELLED at her and told her she needed to learn to speak english and not be late to appointments. She speaks english fine but she is hispanic. She called me crying and told me what happened. I could not believe it. So I called Niel, I politely asked him what I was told and he started yelling at me. I asked him why he was yelling and he said it was because people dont know how to "be on f****** time". Then he hung up on me. None the less, I have never been treated like this by a businnes. He is #1 on google search and that is unbelievable. There are many other places that are just as cheap and allow walk-ins for immediate testing. Nataliia Freedom: My husband and I were referred to this lab by the insurance. We were told it would be a home visit to do the tests.When I called ExamOne to schedule the appointments the lab representative named Marjorie told me they do not have available appointments any time soon. I asked Marjorie when would they have one available, her answer was: "I am not sure". I asked her, how come that she was not sure when the next appointment would be available, and why would they offer their services to the insurance companies if they "are not sure" when they can fullfil those obligations. I received no adequate answer. Instead she complained to me that insurance company should not interfere with the schedule of her technicians. I called the lab few times more, hoping to talk to someone else, but this Marjorie was answering the phone all the time. She insisted they have no way to schedule us guaranteed by insurance home visits, only office visits.We decided to look for another insurance options, which did not require the mandatory medical exam. We picked one, but as my husband had history of high blood pressure, and they still asked him to do the medical exam, and again with Exam One.We reported the issues we were having with this lab to the new insurance. However, it did not help to improve lab scheduling services much. They could not confirm the exact date for the home visit, instead confirmed 3-day period, which is super inconvenient for working people. We had to opt the office visit for the certain date.Very unpleasant experience. It is disappointing that the company takes a large share of the market, but is not able to provide decent services to the customers and partner companies.
Frank Timberlake: Had to schedule a appointment almost a month out. One day before, examiner wanted to move appointment here, there, and everywhere, even trying 7AM. Even though Exam One is owned by Quest, the medical exam company operates more like Disney, very Mickey Mouse. I went elsewhere.

Tarakesh Potluri: I got an appointment for March 30th at 1:30 and one day before one who collects blood calls and tells that she can not come at 1:30 as she works only till 12 and the call center guys messed it up. She said she can come before 10 and then she calls and says she can not make it before 10 as current person is having bad reaction. I called EXAM ONE support and they dont have answer and could not schedule me until April 13th and I need to wait another 2 weeks because of the EXAM ONE messed up scheduling. They are really bad. They said Manager would call and take care of this and so far no one called me back. This is so much negligence

Brittany Henrich: I had my blood drawn here today for life insurance. The phlebotomists were incredibly friendly and professional and I really enjoyed my experience here! I am prone to fainting and made sure to the let the phlebotomist know, (Christina, I think?) so I could lie down. When she started to draw my blood, sure enough, I started to feel myself fainting. Both of the phlebotomists and the receptionist took such good care of me! They gave me a cold compress, orange juice and made sure I was 100% before I left. They were all wonderful people, very compassionate and friendly! I also work in the medical field and had to train in phlebotomy and her technique was great! I have had my blood drawn A LOT in my 30 years of existence and this was, by far, one of the best experiences I have ever had!
Rebecca McCoy: This office is very good about keeping people on schedule if they have an appointment. Their phlebotomists are phenomenal. I have frequent blood draws at various different locations, but I have never had a bad stick at this specific office in the last four or so years I've utilized their services. I am a notoriously difficult stick due to my physiology, but I have never had to leave their office without a successful draw. I actually have left with no bruising at all post-stick, which is incredibly rare for me. The staff is super friendly and take direction from their patients very well. Very important and very much appreciated. Though they do have a solid core of employees, the regular phlebotomists seem to rotate in and out, possibly as part of an educational practicum or first job post-graduation. ExamOne must only hire the best if that is the case, because while I've had folks seem uncertain, it was more about putting the colored tubes in the correct order; technical skills were impeccable. I used to have a needle-phobia, but ExamOne has never provoked any anxiety about needles for me. Bravo!

Rick Padgett: Working for a company using CRC for nearly 5 years I have seen their services and response to Background checks get progressively worse. 3 to 6 weeks for a background check is a problem when hiring. By the time they eventually get around to your potential employee he or she has found another job in the same field. Another background check service has completed a background check in no more than 4 days and you lose a quality employee to another job because their backgrounds were completed in a timely manner while your left paying mounds of overtime based on the CRC lag time.

Bria Chappell: Vita and Tania were very compassionate and professional during a difficult visit where my 5 year old daughter was extremely nervous about getting her blood drawn. I greatly appreciate their kindness and patience during this time. At the end, my child told me it was painless and was very proud that she could do it. I would definitely recommend this facility. Chris McCullough: Lady running the labs is incredibly rude. If you are a walk in patient, you have to wait until the end of the window, even if you arrive right at 1. They need to do so much better with their walk-ins.
Alison Huang: I would give 0 stars if I could. The female employee who checked me in is rude and out of patience. She shows her attitude to everyone whom she checked in. The registration number cannot be searched. She just let me go out without providing any information or solutions.

Glenn Robert Batemon: I came to this location to complete a employment drug screening and arrived at 1230pm. I was informed that employment drug screening did not start until 1pm. I searched my email and the Lab website and did not see that information. When I asked the tech she pointed to a sign out side the door of the lab. That is not help to costumers. It should be posted on the website .
Kyra S: Woman checking me in was absolutely rude and nasty. I accidentally booked for a lab appt instead of employment drug screen and they don’t do them after 3:30 - my appt was for 4. Instead of kindly explaining, she was rude, immediately starting saying no and shaking her head and told me it says this online - cannot find anywhere online (must be specific to this location as others have 4pm appointments) but I explained it was not a big deal. I’ll drive miles and miles from home before coming back here for any lab services. Try a stand alone labcorp and maybe you will encounter some professionalism.
David Calderon: A couple of things to keep in mind, they are closed between 12 PM and 1 PM for lunch and also you have to wear a mask. I had a good experience here. Tonya was awesome at drawing blood I didn’t feel a thing and she was super professional.
Jordan Young: I checked in online and waited in my car for over 30 minutes. Finally got a text that they were ready and to go inside. Waited another 30 minutes before I had to leave without being seen.

Beth Murphy: We took my 7 year old daughter in for a blood draw. She had a terrible experience at another location about a year ago and was terrified. The three amazing women at this location were patient, kind, understanding and went above and beyond getting her calm. They were able to find a vein closer to her hand that worked which showed their superior experience. As a mother, I was beyond stressed seeing my child so scared but these women gave me such comfort. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you!
Ginger Goode: I arrived, checked in and was called back within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Ashley (spelling?) was phenomenal! She was personable, professional and made my blood draw experience as pain free as possible. I will return to this location for any future lab needs and hope that I get Ashley every time I return.

Katelyn Annette: I have had labs done through this location a couple of times, and the ladies at Labcorp at Walgreens have made it such a nice experience. I had to get the dreaded 2 hour glucose test done, and they were so kind and accommodating during the process. Today I had a second set of labs done, and the experience was just as great as the last! Lashawn is amazing! The ladies here know how to make blood draws as painless as possible. Such a great location with great staff, and if I need labs in the future I will be sure to come back to the Labcorp at Walgreens! I couldn't ask for a better experience.
