What really sets the Trek Bicycle Raleigh Holly Park store apart is the outstanding customer service and feeling of genuine helpfulness that you feel and receive from the first moment you walk in the shop. So here I am a year later and the excellent customer service and helpfulness is still alive and well. I received a recall notice from Trek corporate that various bike models may have an issue with the brakes and it should be addressed asap. I contacted the Holly Park store and was connected to the service manager, Joel. He was outstanding and very accommodating in so much that he arranged for my two bikes to picked up from home, confirmed my brakes were not impacted from the recall, he had a Level 1 service performed on the bikes and the bikes were delivered back into my home garage by 5pm the same day! I also want to give a shout out to Donovan the service tech who picked/delivered the bikes, he as very knowledgeable as well as quite personable. Selling/buying a bike is one thing, but it’s the after market support and outstanding customer support that really makes this Holly Park store and it’s staff stand out!. I asked around to be referred to a local bike mechanic in Raleigh that could fix my brakes. I was introduced to Nate in the service center. Nate looked at my bike on the spot with me and diagnosed the issue while I was standing there. It’s clear that Nate is a professional mechanic, and it shows with his demeanor and ability to communicate the process and specifications to you. Nate got my bike fixed in 2 days.
