George Hamway: Horrible empresa. Pedí mi vela hace unas semanas y se envió a tiempo, pero la caja se dañó. Les envié un video de mí trayendo la caja severamente abollada de mi buzón junto con fotos de todo para respaldar mi reclamo. Dijeron que por $15 me enviarían otro. No estoy seguro de cómo y por qué soy responsable, ya que no fabriqué, empaqueté ni envié este paquete a mí mismo. Si lo hubiera tenido, habría tenido el doble de materiales de envoltura y una etiqueta en la caja que en realidad decía frágil. Me sugirieron que tamizara los cristales rotos y la cera perfumada para recuperar el pequeño trozo de diamante. Imagínese cavando a través de vidrios rotos y cera extremadamente perfumada tratando de encontrar una pequeña pieza barata de diamante. No vale la pena mi tiempo ya que un diamante de ese tamaño no tiene valor monetario. Qué gran idea y sugerencia para potencialmente cortarme y oler como una vela perfumada todo el maldito día. Diré que la vela tenía un aroma agradable y si hubiera venido en una sola pieza y no en piezas, lo más probable es que hubiera estado feliz con mi compra. Esta empresa claramente se queda corta cuando surgen problemas, ya que la avaricia por el dinero se desvía del deseo de hacer lo correcto. Le di dos estrellas porque se envió a tiempo y tenía un olor agradable. En mi opinión, sigue siendo una empresa de 1 estrella, pero quiero ser justo a pesar de que no ofrecen lo mismo.
sarah topp: Estaba muy emocionada cuando pedí por primera vez mi vela y 2 bombas de baño. Sin embargo, sus estados en los artículos de su sitio web normalmente se envían dentro de 1-2 días. El mío tardó 5 días en enviarse. I utilized a sale for the holidays and purchased some candles with personalized labels. His instructions were clear and he made sure I was fully happy with the finished product. Andrew Lewis: I went in today to purchase a few candles since they were on sale. As I was walking around I overheard an employee talking bad about another employee at another store in the area. (I think her name was Rebekah) she was going on and on about how this employee receives so many complaints and how she is surprised how he still works for the company. This is completely unacceptable behavior/conversation to be had during business hours and in front of customers. Upon further inspection I noticed the clothes she was wearing were very different from what the other lady was wearing inside the store. This is very professional and will not be returning to this location.

Christian Alvarez: Life hack: Smell the inside of the lid rather than the inside of the jar for an idea of what the candle smells like when it is burning.Also, I’d recommend subscribing to their emails as they have good deals from time to time. One email I received was for Buy Two, get Two Free, so I saved over $50 on candles! Steal of a deal!Also, the staff are friendly and a great selection of scents to choose from. My personal favorites are the Woodwicks and the seasonal candles for autumn and Christmas. As a sufferer of allergies, the cheap candles sold at other places like Target put me out of commission for the day, but not Yankee Candles.

They have a large variety of candles to choose from as well as seasonal candles for all occasions.The store is small but packed full of wonderful choices to pick and smell.I do suggest signing up for their emails so you know when they have a sale. Their BOGO sales are the best. Buy three get three, buy two get two, so on. These deals are the best time to shop!

Camille Walton: Terrible customer service!! I'm a huge fan of Yankee Candle but from now on looks like I'm shopping online. I went in last night about ten minutes before the store was set to close -- I hadn't planned to be in there but a few minutes. I was trying one of the testers when a woman came over who seemed to be a manager and asked me what I was doing. I assume something that says "tester" means you can test it! I asked her a question about one of the products and she replies "is that what it says on the bottle? Then obviously that's what it does." I was so surprised I told her I didn't need her help. She replied with "the only reason I even came over was to tell you we're closing in five minutes so hurry up." I've gone to this store for years and have never seen her before however if you're thinking of stopping in and see a woman working at the front with long gray hair -- stay away!!

My purchase was a gift and he gladly wrapped it up and made it look extra nice for me as well.Excellent product, super excellent customer service. Can't wait to have a reason to go back :)

Cassie Black: They have a really good selection and I was whole heartedly looking forward to picking up some gifts for mothers day a few days ago. I went in with my s.o and I asked what day mothers day fell on to be told to "check my phone" in a rude tone by the worker there instead of asking. We didn't spend any time int the store afterwards because the few minutes I tried to look around I was blatantly ignored and she just stared at me the whole time I was there. Overall a bad experience which is unfortunate because I really love yankee candle a good bit.. I hope the staff here can be a bit more kind in the next time we go.
