Ni se como se llamaba la señora a cargo de entrenar a las cajeras pero si les dire que ella es la razón porque siempre están buscando ayuda. La manera en que ella le estaba hablando a una de las muchachas nuevas me dio una rabia que ni con decirle a la señora que no le hablara así me calmó. No se quien es, ni de donde es, ni cuánto experiencia tiene, pero le dire que eso no me importa porque alguien que le hable así a sus empleados obviamente se le botó las canicas. Y yo lo puedo decir con total franqueza que si en mi oficio yo le faltaría el respeto a un paciente como ella-al ni siquiera mirar en mi dirección al decirle que le tuviera más paciencia a la muchacha, yo no sólo perdiera mi trabajo pero jamás podría encontrar un trabajo en mi especialidad. Y por la mala actitud de esa señora les estoy dando solo un estrella. Como supermercado hispana esperaría mucho mejor y por lo menos nosotros deberíamos tratar a nuestra gente con dignidad.

Nova Star: Went to pick up a few items and was followed in the store the entire time. Each item we looked at was counted and restocked by the attendant which was odd but continued to shop. While in the line another Hispanic attendant walks almost bumped into my child, this was the last straw for me. first I though she was a shopper and till she approached the cash till to cash my items. She started to rush me and we exchanged words. A month later I went back and she told the police to follow me for whatever reason. The police walked around my vehicle and scanned my license plates. This store is racial profiling and discriminating to people of color, I am black female with locks and I cannot shop freely without being harassed and followed in a store. I will not support this store anymore and no one should. Close it down.

We were the only customers in line for a register. There were 2 registers open, each with a customer. As we approached the first register, the light was on, and Cashier "A" was helping a customer. She saw us waiting in line for her, but instead of making eye contact, she stepped around the register and flipped the switch to turned off the light, then she finished with the customer she had already started with. After that customer left, she said to us "This register is closed, but you can wait at the other register. Sorry."So, was that "sorry" rude? No. That was simply insincere.When deciding if something is rude, I generally follow the Golden Rule, the modern version of which is "treat other people the way you would want to be treated, if you were in their position.."What was rude was the order that she did things. If she was the person in line, and I was working at the register, I would have turned off my light BEFORE my last customer stepped up to the register, not AFTER. GG R: Avoid, unless you like a Head Banging time.Ulta Salons have gone downhill. Was just in the Poyner Place location and the stylist there was very rough/aggressive when washing my hair. Instead of setting my head back in the porcelain wash bowl she just let go and dropped it. The back of my head hurts and worse when touched. I’m pretty sure it’s bruised from this. Also while brushing my hair it was like she kept banging the brush to my head. Didn’t listen to anything as to the way I wanted my haircut. It looks worst then it did when I went in. At least the color was good. Will definitely NOT be coming back.

After 30 minutes of searching I finally found one in Clinique. Bamboo Pink, so beautiful glad I found this hidden gem 💎 Either way I love Ulta they just need product in stock to make it better. I had the worst experience checking out when I asked about a promotional sign I had seen and they made me feel really uncomfortable for even asking like I was dumb. Heidi Barbera: I love buying at Ulta, but I went a few days ago to get a product for my flyaways and the girl who I asked for help was so nice, I couldn’t remember the exact product I got before and she wasn’t sure what product could work for me, so she went to find the manager, not sure if the woman the girl stop and asked for help was the manager, but that woman that the girl asked for help was SO rude, she looked at me and seemed she decided I wasn’t worth the help, she told the girl she didn’t know what could help me, looked at me again head to toe and made a rude gesture I was so uncomfortable. You need to do better, this woman: black hair, blue eyes should be fired, extremely rude. Not sure I will be back there after what happened.

Mike White: Welp, just like many stores in the past few years, this store has gone downhill sadly. You don’t get the same service as you would have gotten back in like…2014? What happened? Also, we just picked up an online order and realized that the item had already been opened and used. We’ve never had that happen before. The only way that can happen is if an employee wasn’t attentive because it’s easy to tell. How an obviously used product went back on the shelf is beyond me. Maybe the person who returned it lied about not using it? The seal (one of those clear round stickers that keeps a box closed) had been broken and the contents looked like they had been used. I’m only giving it one more star than I otherwise would have given because this did used to be a good store. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this one. Hopefully the others haven’t gone downhill, too.

If I can't get an appointment because she is all booked up (which she usually seems to be so definitely make that appointment a few days ahead of time) then I wait for her and only her bc my brows have come such a long way from how they once were. Thank you Mandy!!! A womans brows shapes her face and make up such a huge part of how we look and feel and you can tell Mandy loves what she does!!
