The employee and her manager were extremely rude and they said the shoes were used and not in sellable condition when I had only tried them on once! Very disappointed with the experience. The worst franchise of Saks ever!

Dave F: With the closure of half of the store and layoff of the long term staff this store feels more like a TJ Maxx than luxury shopping. The men’s section is truly awful, stocking only giant logo brands and plastic shoes. The women’s selection is better, but the layout of long rails, with clothes crammed in makes it feel like bargain hunting experience at a thrift shop. On our last few visits the staff have been inattentive and on their phones. Not worth the 45 minute drive anymore

Over the years, they've always sized rings I've received perfectly and repaired when one particular one broke without much hassle. This left a wonderful impression with me, so when I became engaged, my fiancé and I decided to visit Treasure Isle to pick my engagement ring and design his wedding band.Olivia met us and when I told her that I was looking for my forever engagement/wedding ring, she got excited for us and pulled out many different ones for me to try. She listened to our price range, understood our circumstances, and guided me to a piece that I fell in love with the minute I put it on. Her excitement and enthusiasm was infectious - both my fiance and myself were having so much fun discussing gemstones, settings, material, metal, and possible modifications I'd like to make. She sized our fingers so we would be certain on our sizes, and then took the ring I loved to Scott to ask if my modification would be possible. He was able to confirm that it would be, which led into a great conversation between all of us and how he appreciated that I prefer other gemstones instead of diamonds. We talked about a lot of intellectual subjects and I felt like I was with a kindred spirit. As someone with no family involved in my life, it was wonderful to have a happy experience and conversations while ring shopping. Also, my ring is really exquisite quality and was right within our budget. Nobody pressured us into expensive pieces or shamed us for having a set range. We loved that.While my ring was being resized, I talked more with Scott and Olivia to design my fiancé's ring in an Old European style. Olivia was patient and let me take my time deciding the setting and gemstone. Her suggestions fit my vision perfectly. Scott gave his expert opinion on it and even suggested that they'll try to find a stone that matches my ring for my fiancé's band, just because it's very sentimental to us. I felt like Olivia and Scott were truly kind to us and patient, especially since knowing I have no family to share this moment. We are happy to support a local jeweler and form a nice relationship and fundamental memory for the beginning of our married life. I am grateful for their compassion and care - and now I have a wonderful story to tell about finding my dream ring. Thank you so much, Treasure Isle. You won us over.

Sidhe IsMagic: Scott and Dirk are awesome! My husband and I had bought a matching compass set online when we eloped in 2019, but they sent my husband the wrong size. We were in the process of moving, so we couldn't send it back. Fast-forward almost 2 years and we finally settled down enough to go get it re-sized. We went in as a walk-in and Dirk estimated it would be about 2 hours, but even while handling other customers, they managed to get it re-sized in under an hour and a half! The customer service was unparalleled! When Dirk saw the state of my ring, he polished it up so that both rings would still match after they finished resizing and polishing my husband's. It looks better than it did when it was brand new!Scott may be the coolest person I've met since we moved here! I haven't had a conversation like that since I left Florida, and I cannot stress enough how much I have missed conversations on that level! I would go back just for the quality of the company.That being said, the quality of the handiwork is impeccable! My husband's ring needed to go from a size 7 to a size 11, so additional silver needed to be added to make it fit. When all was said and done, his ring showed no signs of having been sized up and, again, looked better than it did brand new! I would absolutely return to do business with them again and cannot recommend them enough!
Aaron Davis: I was pressed for time to get a ring sized down and picked this Treasure Isle location to do the job because they talked a big game online about the speed of their repairs. They advertised one hour work, but I didn't need it done that quickly so when they offered to do it for $75 and have it ready to be picked up the next day I thought "that's a little steep to size the ring down, but I'm happy to pay extra to have it done quicker than my normal jeweler."Problem is that next day came and went with no word. When I called them the evening of when they said it was supposed to be available they said they were still working on it and it would be done the next day. So, when we got past 7pm the next day I called them again they said "oh, it's ready now! We were just about to call you." I asked if they were still planning to charge me $75 for a one day job that actually took two days. Their response was (condescendingly, I might add) "are you asking for a discount just because you couldn't get it yesterday?" I said "nope, just wondering why the timeframe to do the work seems to be negotiable but the price isn't." They said $75 was just the price of labor (which is steep for a pretty uncomplicated ring like this one) and had nothing to do the timeframe. I said that I wished that had been made clearer up front, so now y’all know what I didn’t.Worse still, I went to pick the ring up and the thing is still too big! If this were a jeweler I trusted (which they’d given me no reason to do that with them by this point) I would have said something, but I just wanted to rescue my ring from this place by the time I got down there. That said, I'll give two stars rather than just one because they did polish the ring up nicely and the work that was done wasn't bad, it was just slow, overpriced, and incomplete. My recommendation, if you can swing out to Cary just go to Johnson’s instead. They’ll take the same amount of time Treasure Isle did with me but be more upfront, fairer priced, and actually get the job done.

Marie R: Such a fantastic jeweler!! I've been bringing my stuff here since 2005. I've always been absolutely thrilled with the repairs I've had done. Most of my jewelry is rather sentimental and I dislike taking it to places that have a jeweler offsite or even contract out. I had a really bad experience while living in another state at a different repair place with a jeweler who completely changed a ring of mine that's extremely sentimental so I'm always a little nervous when having items repaired anywhere. But Treasure Isle has always consistently done excellent work with my items and has never let me down. I've had a number of my watches repaired, links removed or added, and the battery replaced over the years.My most recent experience I needed my wedding set sized down. Treasure Isle did a phenomenal job. I was thrilled to be able to have same day sizing and my set looks absolutely gorgeous!! The pricing is SO reasonable and more than fair for the work done. I am thrilled to get to wear my set again without worrying it will fly off and I'm so excited by how pretty the set looks now with new plating.I literally cannot recommend this place enough!!
Mandi Gallion: I have a platinum engagement ring that was bent from wearing it while working and we didn’t want to send it back to the jeweler and be without for weeks. We went by Zales first and the lady there told us they would also have to send it off but told us to swing by Treasure Isle and see what they could do. I literally said nothing to the wonderful man who was at the counter, just showed him my ring with a smile and he smirked and looked at my fiancé and said “that must have hurt” we laughed and he walked away with my ring. Less than 15 mins later my ring was not only back to normal but he also informed me he fixed FOUR loose diamonds. He was so informative on metals and precautions I need to take to avoid it bending or diamonds loosening again. The other two gentlemen in the store talked with us and my 16 month old son the entire time and I’m seriously blown away at their hospitality. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have been researching how best to get this repaired and it sounded like it was going to cost a lot of money. I went to one jeweler who recommended Treasure Isle because they had the ability to laser weld things and said this method wouldn't harm the gold plating. Scott Eddi did the work for me right there and had it finished within minutes. He did an excellent job and I can't give him and the shop there a high enough rating.
