I was asked to bring them over but got no info about their “rules” for what was and wasn’t accepted.Fast forward to the actual on site interaction.Great effort was involved for me to haul many garments to the store. The friendliness was missing when I arrived. Some garments were nicely folded when I presented them. The store staff grabbed each one, glanced at the tag and threw it in a wadded reject pile. Out the many, many garments, they prob took ten. If I had been told the “rules”, I could have easily donated and gotten a tax receipt.BAD EXPERIENCE!
