Mark: My review was honest. And I’m only back here to clarify because I am being misrepresented. I never raised my voice. I did in jocular fashion call him a scheister because it was very much like what a scheister would do. He didn’t have a valid explanation he just did not want to give the 20% off. And he removed the tag as I was standing there… if anyone was rambling it was him because he didn’t have a valid explanation .So as I left he said; “you called me a scheister” and I very calmly and again in jocular fashion responded by telling him he could handle it because he was from New York. That is the truth of what took place. And to come back on here and misrepresent, does not come as a surprise… be cautious, know your mattresses and what you’re buying before you go to this place….
