Connie Wilson: I bought a queen mattress. Kimbrell doesn’t take away old set. Still charge $139.42 for a short 15 min distance from store. Box spring is cheap looking for $200. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this store. Nothing is of quality. Buyer beware!!!!!

Chandra Blethen Rasor: Update- I just dropped my review again to one star because their customer service call center is equally as incompetent as their contracted delivery drivers. I highly regret buying furniture from this place.Initially I had given this company a 5 star review. I have to lower my rating because the contractors they use to deliver and assemble furniture do an awful job and do not care about the quality of their work. They scraped up more than half of the furniture they setup, left trash all over our house and driveway (it took us an hour to clean up all of the bits of styrofoam left behind), and they broke a drawer in our dresser. The furniture is decent quality for an okay price and they do the 55 months interest free payments during holidays, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. But for the hassle of having to get everything repaired/replaced (it takes weeks for them to replace furniture) is such a hassle that we will never shop here again. They also made it seem like the furniture protection was included but we were charged almost $500 additional and didn't know about it until after we made the purchase.

Brett Hellman: While it's a lovely store, the purchasing experience has been a nightmare. I made a large purchase to furnish an entire room. We decided to return some of the items. The items were returned and fully picked up from our home over a month ago and we have still not been fully refunded. I've been calling and emailing every other day and the refund trickles in. Horrible experience and it's ongoing. After this experience, I can't imagine ever purchasing from Arhaus again.

Was never notified of the delay until I called looking for it. I actually got the sectional in October but it he story doesn’t end there, one piece of sections to the sectional didn’t match so was told the would send me a new piece . But the story doesn’t end there Today the last week in december 2021 they were to deliver the new piece but when the truck pulled up & they unwrap the piece it was wrong color wrong Piece. I have 2 concierge service people who have yet to call me back. So frustrated with this company and how I’ve been treated especially when you’re paying top dollar for the furniture

Chamaria Wilson: Bought furniture from them and was told there was a few in stock at the warehouse. I originally had it set up for delivery on July 19th. I had to push the delivery date back a week to July 25th because my closing was pushed back. Called to get a new delivery date the week before and all of a sudden the furniture set was damaged and they would not get a new shipment until August 12th. Got a delivery date set up for August 17th. Called August 15th to confirm, got told yes it was still coming. A few hours later I get a call saying the furniture was still not there and could possibly come by August 17. No word from them. I call August 17 morning to see what the status is. They tell me they’ll call me back. I went through my entire work shift without a call back, so I call and get told they won’t be delivering it until next week. A huge inconvenience as I am having a house warming this weekend and now nobody has anything to sit on. These people just lie and don’t even apologize for the inconvenience they cause. Will update when my furniture actually gets here.
