Andrew Lees: We've gotten balloons for our son's birthday multiple times now and the team at Party City has done an incredible job to make sure everything gets taken care of properly with our order. Delivering 75 balloons is a challenge and they were able to coordinate that with multiple delivery cars so that we didn't have to worry about it! In particular, John and Destiny went above and beyond to make sure our order was processed and delivered on time. We worked with Destiny last year as well and she's awesome! I can't recommend them enough, and we'll definitely be getting more balloons at Party City.
Ada Prudente: me and my boyfriend always come to this party city the employees are often rude. Today he was standing outside while his car was getting fixed. He had just got off work so he was in his work outfit ( obviously not clean ) waiting for me to pick him up, then someone approaches him threatening that the employees were going to call the cops if he didnt leave .. He was standing there less than 5 minute. They shouldn't assume since he is a poc that he was going to do something wrong when he was just standing there waiting for me. Do better party city !! Your employees could of left the whole situation alone and not have to threaten to call the cops for no reason! Not everyone in a work uniform is sketchy stop assuming!

Ravi Patel: All of the employees were very helpful with getting our gender reveal box ready! We showed up and handed our results to them, they worked very quickly and got us the box within 30 minutes. Destiny was the biggest help and made the day for us!

Emily: Horrible service and Customer service. I had bought my sweet sixteen balloon bouquet and I was told it was a two hour wait to get them inflated. Four hours later I personally had to call them to get a notification about my ballon order and I was told they were still not ready. I was heading for dinner already and I asked the employee if I could pick them up the next day. I arrive the morning of the next day and to my surprise my ballon’s were not properly done. Half of them at the register the other somewhere else. I was horrified and upset. As I talked with them about the situation they blamed it on me for not picking them up the day I had ordered them. Keep in mind I had warned them that I was not going to be able too. Then as they took there time to inflate the balloons they start talking about football and the most random things. I believe that was not the time to play around while a upset customer was their. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this in counter was just that horrible. Hopefully they can get it together but for now I rather buy my own helium tank and inflate my own balloons.

He never acknowledged me after I stood at the checkout waiting for several minutes. He didn’t tell me the total- simply held out his hand for payment. Other employees were watching the line back up but it was a good ten minutes before another register opened.

Anjelica Rice: My first time at this location. The store is nice and clean and well stocked. The staff is very attentive to your needs. F.Y.I.: the store has a sign as you walk in letting you know that they are out of helium. So if you have your own balloon and want it filled, they cannot do it. I'm not sure how long this will last but be friendly to the staff, it's not their fault. Their are helium tanks that you can buy for $40 in the store.

Tobi Walter: Terrible customer service - stood in line 20min with a 5-year old to get one balloon blown up that he wanted - get to the front of the line and they say “no walk ins today, come back tomorrow” (would have taken 10sec for a single balloon; store manager next to the “helium included in every purchase sign” tells me to drive to another party city store 30min away….)
Mr. Lonely: Great place to customize a party. Great for birthdays, quinceanera, costume party, and more.

A U: ¡Hoy fue un buen en PC! Las damas que trabajaban en el mostrador de globos y la caja registradora fueron muy serviciales, amables y pacientes conmigo y con otros clientes con los que presencié interactuar. Los precios son una locura por lo que es, pero supongo que puede aumentar los precios cuando ha acaparado el mercado. Pero todavía les doy cinco estrellas bc de su servicio hoy.

stacia brown: Nunca he estado en este lugar y *no* tuve un problema. Nadie te reconoce en ningún momento durante tu navegación. Siempre hay uno o ningún cajero, sin importar cuán larga sea la fila. Ha sido tremendamente desagradable tratar de patrocinar esta tienda. Recién me quedé sin las velas. Estuve en la fila durante casi 10 minutos mientras el área de registro no estaba ocupada y los dos empleados que trabajaban en el quiosco de globos nunca se molestaron en decirme que podía llamar allí o que alguien estaría conmigo en breve. Literalmente no hay servicio al cliente.
