Jamie Ventre: We took my son for his birthday yesterday and he absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly, except for the gentleman working the register. His customer service was extreamly poor and he was very disorganized. I'm not one to leave reviews, but his lack of attention to detail made me very upset.

Tracey Pelton Micham: I would give this 0 stars if I could.Today I went into Debby’s 6116 Falls of Neuse Northridge.Was greeted at the door not 5 steps in….We need you to take your bag to the counter to keep behind the register while you shop.I had a very expensive hand machine from my work in the bag because I was not comfortable leaving in my car or in the heat.I said I’m not comfortable leaving my bag in case I did end up leaving it which I am sure happens a lot.I also did not want to give my business to a store that assumes its guests/shoppers are stealing from them.I have shopped in here for years and spend a lot of money in that store.I left and shared what happened with a couple different managers in stores in same center.They all had the same thing to say about Melissa, she is rude!I went back in the store to kindly tellMelissa how her policy made me feel and that I would not be shopping there anymore after many many years.She was rude, her reply, her comments as to the cameras not being able to pick up thief’s because they can’t monitor them (then why have them)Don’t treat paying customers like they are thief’s.She went on to be rude(pull the camerasI was floored at how rude she was… she wanted to argue.She kept sayingBye bye. Leave. Bye bye bye byeSo very inconsiderate and rudeI was so embarrassed…. For her behavior and the way she made me feeland not at all comfortable in the store.Not very professional MelissaAnd many that know me would sayI am not rude nor am I unkind or a thief.Treat your customers the way you want to be treated.Apparently you have a reputation at that storeI posted and my SM blew up with comments about the way you have treated people and talking about never going into your store again.Note;Apparently if you complain to the owner…It is Melissa husband.Another employee stated this fact.The area is Northridge Country ClubI amSure shoppers would not feel good about you following them around, or taking their belongings.This is not a good thing to do for a Hallmark store… not very warm or invitingNot a good Hallmark moment! 😳I saw recently they are closing…Im guessing many felt the same way
