Phyllis Phyllis: The staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Jason Ide: I had a package that needed to go out at last minute. The owner let me in and took care of it. He also called me after and to made sure I was taken care of and if I needed anything to let him know in the morning before the package left his facility.

Rajeev Peshori: I came with multiple items for an Amazon return. The person who assisted me forgot to scan one of the items and when I tried to have them fix their error they would not help as “it was out of their control.” Avoid this location and go to the other one on Falls of Neuse.

Andrew May: It's the only store I've been to in 25 years to get fingerprinted where you have to do it yourself on a desk that is at approximately 2 and 1/2 to 3 ft above the ground. That works for certain height people but it made it a lot more difficult for somebody that is taller than about 5 and 1/2 ft. Additionally I had to ask for help five separate times instead of the person standing there and at least seeing if I could get through the issue the first time. Customer service is wanting here. Highly suggest they do not do fingerprints if this is how they think customer service should be handled. Instead they spent 20 minutes talking to a guy trying to negotiate $5 off of the package delivery cost. There were three workers behind the counter but only one that would come out five separate times to just tell me to read the instructions. The entire process took me about 25 minutes instead of two or three minutes if I had had regular help. The photo I took is a picture of the desk from about chest level.
Alison Turpin: Had several fragile packages to ship out and the job done was superior and very well done … very professional environment and I appreciated the handling and wrapping of my items!
Anthony Dillon: Went into this UPS to get a 1 page document notarized , to my surprise i was told they could not do it and told me to come back later .i was the only customer in the store !!
James Rojas: Worst location ever!!! Wont be coming back!!! I normally go to an UPS store at least once or twice a week...will take care my business to the one down the road.
Tar H: I wasted my time driving here. Notary would not notarize papers, I was paying $10 for each one. Went to my bank and they had no problem notarizing for free.
B Hartsfield: I initially signed up for a PO Box for my small business at this location and contracted for a full year. Later I no longer needed this service and requested that the box be closed. My box was rented under the previous ownership, and the new owner was under no obligation to provide a refund of the rental fees already paid. Steve the new owner recognized the future shipping needs that my business may have and offered a partial refund of the box fees. I wanted to post this review and thank both the owner and Tiffany who worked with me on this issue. What amazing customer service! Relationships are everything to a small business, and I appreciate their fairness and customer service. I won’t hesitate to use them for any of my business shipping needs.
Tt T: Does not take passport photos. Three locations in a row, including New Bern and Fall of Neuse locations. Disappointing!!
Couleured Girl: Went this morning to return a heavy desk from Amazon. They helped with everything from start to finish and the guy at the register informed me of all of their amenities. Great place to go for Amazon returns and great customer service.
Chavis in the City Real estate: I would not recommend this location to anyone! Very unorganized. If you want your packages to disappear perfect location.
Twin Colon: Do yourself a favor and do not come to this location look for a different one, store owner Steve Ramirez was rude and disrespectful, I was just shipping out some return items and the whole time he looked bothered like he didn’t want to be there at work, asked me what was the last item I put in the counter and I said sorry I’m not sure, so then gets upset and shakes his head with me because he’s not keeping track of what he’s already scanning on items that look completely alike like if it were my job to help him scan the items. Then I ask him is something wrong and he starts to act sarcastic and hostile then tells me I’m not putting items in order then realizes he’s over reacting then says its not a big deal, but I can still tell he’s bothered and angry towards me, there’s no reason to act this way towards a customer and make them feel uncomfortable just because you lost count on your scans or having a bad day he then throws items into the box and I can feel his negative vibes the whole time I couldn’t wait to get out of there, I own an online business and just happen to stop by for a different matter so I don’t do business with this location and glad I do not, this is just a heads up for folks that are looking for consistent customer service and not feel uncomfortable when doing business.
natina wilson: Fui ayer a las 6:45 y estaban cerrados! Llamé hoy para verificar los horarios y me dijeron que cierran a las 7 todos los días y ella hizo que pareciera que estaba mintiendo acerca de que cerraron temprano ayer. Mientras tanto, actualizaron su horario hace poco tiempo a las 6:30 p. m. ¡Jajaja! Odio los malos negocios.
