James Kohut: I traded a guitar that I never play and was given a fair and reasonable offer, turned that into a new amp, new guitar and a new acoustic electric along with a number of accessories. I first stopped in to guitar center across the street, looked around for about 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there, big mistake! Will only do business with Sam ash! No need to ever go back to the " competition ". Every one at sam ash was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again for a great experience! Jorg was incredibly knowledgeable and spent over an hour with us teaching us about builds and walking us through different options. He was very straight forward but never pushy. He answered our questions and gave us the info we needed to make an informed decision. My son is thrilled with his new drum set! The pricing was great and we are so happy to support a localbusiness!

Barton Neu: I recently purchased a Ludwig tom stand. Despite it being the floor model (the last one they had!) 2112 told me it was in new condition and it was in PERFECT condition. No flaws of any kind and works perfectly. Shipping was beyond fast! I had a tom mounted on a cymbal stand (which I don’t like) for a short practice session and I was grumbling. No matter! 2112 had the stand here the next day! Also, since it was a floor model, 2112 gave me free drum sticks of my choice!2112 Percussion IS customer service! A lost art in this world. Thank you to Chris and the 2112 staff!

I was buying a ride cymbal for my husband and they didn't correct me when I pronounced Paiste wrong lol, they just made a point to say it out loud so I could learn. I respect that. They also called to inform me the t-shirt color I ordered was sold out and were super patient while I chose a new color. They shipped everything in an unmarked box so the surprise wouldn't be ruined! Thank you guys so much
