Estoy muy decepcionado con el producto y el servicio. Las garantías de Apple son estafas fraudulentas.
H B: El centro comercial tiene una buena variedad de tiendas y lugares para comer. Tiene 2 pisos y era un buen lugar solo para caminar. Me alojé en un hotel que estaba cerca y caminé hasta allí.

Eric Pryor: I thought they fixed my ipad screen, turns out they used an after market low quality screen that does not work properly with my apple pencil. I brought it back to have it fixed, and they made the problem worse. They also will not give me any kind of refund unless i give them the screen back, I recommend getting your device repaired elsewhere.

This place always gives me the best price, and gives me the information on what I need, and what I don’t need .. one time I thought my charger port was broken, I took it in and the pulled the lint out in 5 seconds and didn’t charge me anything.They could have made a quick 50 dollars but they played it square and now they have my business for life. Lydia Oyegunwa: I'm going to start by saying, go to either apple or the kiosk within the mall, rather than this place. I had a cracked screen on my iphone 11. Came and had repaired in less than 30 min. Went home and noticed there was a very noticeable pink tint to my screen. Then my screen started shutting off on its own. The phone was still on but the screen was warped. I went there the next day and they told me they get batches of screens and sometimes the screens are bad. He replaced it with another screen but the same thing kept happening. They said they don't provide any refunds and that I needed to pay an extra $80 for the actual apple screen, which I originally thought I was getting, not a very bad after market screen. Currently my screen in not responsive. Such a headache. Save yourself time, money and energy and go to a more reputable place.

Sin embargo, recibí un correo electrónico de att un día después agradeciéndome por inscribirme en el plan de protección y recordándome que me cobrarían $17 al mes por él. NUNCA me inscribí en ningún plan de este tipo. Y, por supuesto, hay que llamar a 600 personas para que lo eliminen y quién sabe si realmente lo es. Probablemente me cobrarán varios ciclos de facturación y tardaré meses en aclararlo. No puedo evitar pensar que es un plan y otra forma más de estafar a los clientes. Tan desilusionado... Esto en realidad empeora ya que me enviaron un resumen de mi nueva compra y no solo me inscribí en un seguro, sino que también me inscribí en att next, que es un programa en el que puede cancelar su contrato antes de tiempo. Nuevamente, nunca me dijeron sobre esto y nunca me inscribí verbalmente o por escrito para ninguno de estos. Y no los quiero. ESTO ES ILEGAL y estoy furioso. Además de esto, depende de mí volver a llamar después de 14 días para salir de este programa att next y si no lo hago bien a los 14 días, se facturará en mi factura mensual. Finalmente, el precio de mi plan también aumentó $10/mes. Nada de esto me fue revelado. No obtenga un teléfono de att, ya que es solo un medio para cargar su plan y agregar todos estos programas basura a su factura. Todo ilegal!!!!!

Si no eres latino hispano, esperarás hasta que te rindas y te vayas. No sé cuánto tiempo podría llevar pagar una factura en lugar de configurar un nuevo servicio telefónico. Pero este personal no tiene motivación para trabajar contigo a menos que puedan venderte algo y hables español. Their system malfunctioned and they could not deliver it to the store so they said it would be delivered to a store 20 miles away, but no problem, they would transfer it within a day and I could pick it up. Two days later, I called, no return call even though I know the phone was delivered. I stop by after 4 days, completely dismissed by the rudest rep I’ve encountered in some time. Told to come back at noon. Come back at noon, told ‘we didn’t know when you wanted to pick it up’. We agreed I would come on Monday - another two days - come on Monday, the rep leaves and closes the store at 3:30PM even after seeing me in the lot. 5 visits / calls later, AT&T has already put it on my monthly bill! … The order is cancelled, I guess it’s Verizon now. So literally - go anywhere else.

Todo lo que hacen es pasar la pelota. ¡No malgastes dinero aquí!Editar: Volvimos y resolvimos el problema, y hablamos con el propietario, que fue muy amable. Es lamentable que la reparación no haya tenido éxito, pero al final todo se hizo lo mejor posible.

Madigan: Reading other reviews... I dont know if their staff are salesmen but they are GREAT techs! My screen broke completely.. couldnt see a thing on it and needed it for some work. I called and they said they could have it done in 1.5 hours. They quoted me a better price than most of the repair shops around here (by about $30). I brought it in immediately and sure enough they had it done in the 1.5 hours (enough time for me to grab a bite at the mall and do a little shopping). It looks really good. I will definitely be back here if I need any last minute repairs.
