Jina Southerland: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE servicio al cliente. Les envié un correo electrónico en enero. Luego, en febrero, envié lo que quería con las dimensiones. Les envié un correo electrónico nuevamente en marzo y me dijeron que se lo habían enviado al gerente para que me fijara el precio. No escuché nada. Envié un correo electrónico nuevamente el 8 de mayo y no obtuve una respuesta. PÉSIMO servicio al cliente. Para ignorar a los clientes, no responder. Esto fue para una exhibición navideña personalizada para la empresa para la que trabajo. No puedo creer que simplemente ignoren a los clientes. yo no usaría

Parece una locura que una tienda que probablemente obtiene el 90% del negocio durante la Navidad esté cerrada 2 meses antes de la Navidad. Si no permite que las personas compren en la tienda, modifique el horario de su tienda en Google porque es muy engañoso.

Marta Avery: The website lied about how big the store was and they didn't have very many outdoor light or other lights. It was a very small place. Not a lot of inventory to select from. It was quit sad considering that we drove a half hour away just to go there.I don't recommend this place to anyone that lives far away or is just passing through.This is only good for people that live close and have money. The lights are expensive. Your better going off to Home Depot or Lowes and even Walmart.Don't wast your time.

Daniel Pendergrass: The holiday light store provides nothing but the best quality holiday products. They have made numerous pieces for my Christmas display. They have custom made some of the coolest pieces that my family will forever cherish. Cindy is the best. Almost every wire frame piece in my yard has been built or refurbished by the holiday light store.
rnnavy52: If you have any problems years down the road [burnt out strings, etc., they will help you through it and get it working again. I have bought from them for almost ten years, adding each year. Have not had to replace but a couple of LED strings or controllers. They even did a custom order for me that was great. Make your yard unique. Many of the winners, and competitors on the TV Holiday Light Contest have used their products.
Sandra Thompson: I first ordered from the Holiday Light Store in late 2016 when I saw the 12 Days of Christmas when I was in Chocktaw, OK. Took me a few searches to find where they got these from. Oh the compliments I get on these. I have ordered twice since then and already have another order ready. Check them out for all your holiday lights (all occasions).
Joseph Ghantous: Amazing experience with the holiday light store. I live in Canada and they helped me so much to pick the right product for me. The quality of the product is very well done, doesn't rust and takes very little space to store. It's been 6 years and never had an issue.

Everything they sell is made in their shop, so you know its done right. They have made custom items for me and repaired my older items. They make sure to keep you happy with your purchases. One of their competitors is located much closer to me, but I drive to Raleigh (or have shipped) to purchase the better products from The Holiday Light Store. If you are in the market for a Christmas display, I highly recommend this store.
