Ewona Harris: The absolute worst. Our coffee machine went out over a week ago. They have been promising to send someone to fix it since Monday the 3/27/2023 telling us 24 to 48 hours. Yesterday we called and was told someone would be here yesterday or today. Called today and the manager no help will have a service tech call us in the morning. Probably to tell us 24 to 48 again. Not happy we paid for this and now that it is time to service at no cost we cant get any help. I say find another coffee supplier to ensure your business can provide the refreshments you that you offer. Coffee is so important to a lot of people, sad your business can not provide the service you sell, the way you sell it. Do better.
Suarez: I came to this trash can company through a temp agency. Easy work. Racist management. People quit everyday. They absolutely hate black people. You can show up for work everyday on time and white employees don't even have to show up because that's cool. No problem.

James D: If you have another option I'd recommend it. Website is rarely updated on what is in stock or not. I almost never get my whole order although nothing is listed as out. Also I've tried to add notes to the order to be given information or have a service call put in and no one ever responds to them. Emailed once about our coffee maker which is a pour over machine and was given feedback about my Keurig - which we don't have from them.

S: I wonder if your coffee is as bad as your drivers? This morning, after several times witnessing the aggressive driving habits of one of your drivers, I have to post this review. The driver heading on Glenwood in Raleigh out to Durham drives way over the speed limit, tailgates other drivers and was whipping in and out of traffic this morning between 6:40-6:55am. He was driving really close to me and I pumped my brakes to warm him to back off. He then whipped into another lane and was yelling and waving his finger at me. Unprofessional and not the most mature approach to his poor job skills. At the next light, I flashed my phone at him bc I was reporting the truck to the highway patrol. Again, hope your coffee isn’t this bad!

Capitol Coffee is a fantastic business with great prices and awesome service. Every company I've worked for since the mid-80's has used Capitol Coffee and there's a reason: great value combined with stellar service. They have everything you'd need for your office from coffees and teas to copy paper and cleaning supplies. Definitely recommend.

Took explaining what it took to be made, their version of what I wanted was given. A watered down drink. The window guy had the personality of watching paint dry. Morgan K: Cooking classes here are very over priced for what is received. Most of the prep work is done before hand and there are dishes that they don’t even let you touch and it is fully made by the instructor. The class was only an hour even though 2-2 1/2 hours was written on the class descriptions and this time could have been used for learning more prep activities. All in all for $90 I pretty much just learned how to make risotto and was then served raw chicken and a salad with mold/fungus on it. Just watch a YouTube video instead and save yourself from food poisoning.
Thomas Cockrell: Incredibly disappointed. Do not recommend. First off we paid $180 for a macaroon cooking class. They’re made with inexpensive ingredients like butter, flour, sugar, and yet we couldn’t even make our own. We had to share a station with other people. And the “chef” doesn’t have her own station so she does a portion of our task and then let us finish. So we maybe got to do 30% of the steps. She had us browse the store for 45 mins waiting for them to dry and bake, we came bake to very undercooked macaroons and she blamed us and the humidity in the room. We would’ve been much better off buying the ingredients our self and watching a YouTube video at home. Also during our class she was cooking and prepping for another class. We were offered no drinks, no water, no snacks during a 3 hour cooking class that again cost $180! I have nothing positive to say about this place.
VICKI AUSTIN: I took the Beef Wellington class with Chef Caitlin. What a fantastic experience! The food was incredible. And she is engaging, knowledgeable, and funny. I will definitely be back to take another one of her classes with my husband.
Tim Allen: Absolutely awesome focus on the customer. I was looking to upgrade my knives. A staff member asked if she could help, explained the difference between brands, uses and types of knives. She let me handle some so I could feel the difference to help me decide. While my wife and I were shopping we were offered a hot espresso or cappuccino. In two visits we had two knives sharpened and bought three, in addition to some placemats, towels and more.

Jessica Clark: This review is primarily for the cooking classes. Overpriced, especially considering you share what you make with another person or couple they randomly pair you with. Did not learn how to make everything that was described in ad for the class, half of it was already made to "save time" (we were there for two and a half hours) and all we really did was chop vegetables. Because we were working together with another couple and had to consider their taste preferences, we ended up with a very under seasoned dish. We were most excited to learn how to make the peanut sauce for the spring rolls, but that was premade ahead of time. Same with dessert, it was just handed to us. No recipes provided after class. Didn't really feel like I learned anything new, and the food ended up tasting bland.The store was pretty, the staff up front was nice and the chef was also engaging and helpful when people had questions.Adding - they emailed the recipes the following day. Still, I could look up a recipe online for peanut sauce and coconut sorbet. Would have appreciated more instruction on these items, even if if the chef prepared the sauce in front of us.

Kristin Alves: We had an unbelievable experience in a private event class in which our chef Kaitlyn helped us learn how to make delicious mouth watering cronuts!! We came to sur la table reserving the private class and got to choose what we wanted to learn how to make. We not only learned how to make the croissant donut but we learned how to make several fillers and glazes and *everything* was insanely good. They created such an amazing experience that I think it's been the best christmas present I've ever given....HIGHLY suggest!!

Nancy Tavalsky: Bought these pots several months ago at Sur La Table. Paid $1000 on sale from $1500. They’re Viking brand. I’ve never had expensive pots before so I was so excited. Several uses later the black starting coming off the bottom of the pots. I emailed Sur La Table corporate and they said they couldn’t exchange for something else that I needed to go to Viking. Viking tells me they don’t do anything with pots and pans that the vendor needs to take care of it. So I’m getting the run around. Sur La Table doesn’t want to take care anymore of me

Jennifer A: Todo lo que tengo que decir es ¡GUAU! Entré para devolver un juego de edredón y la forma en que el cajero me habló no estaba bien. Me miró cuando llegué a la caja registradora y me dijo: “¡Mira cómo doblaste esto! ¿¡Qué te pasa!?" Lo dijo muy alto y en un tono muy grosero frente a otros clientes y fue vergonzoso. Hice lo mejor que pude para volver a doblar la manta y ponerla en el contenedor de plástico en el que vino, pero una vez que la sacas de esas cosas, es muy difícil volver a colocarla y hacer que se vea perfecta como estaba originalmente en el almacenar. Cuando me preguntó por qué lo estaba devolviendo, dije que no me gustaba y procedió a ser grosera y sacudir la cabeza hacia mí. Entiendo si un artículo no está a la altura de sus estándares para devolverlo, pero hay una forma profesional de decirlo. Aparentemente no fue tan malo, o de lo contrario no lo habría aceptado. No sé el nombre de esta mujer, pero debería ser despedida por la forma en que trata y habla a los clientes. Era una mujer negra con el pelo recogido hacia atrás. ¡En serio, contrate a personas con modales y habilidades de servicio al cliente!

23TWO WHEEL TERROR: Allen in the auto center went above and beyond to help me get the right battery when I had purchased the wrong one and didnt have the receipt for the exchange. Ill definetly be there for future auto care being he had such great customer care after going through two other walmarts. Thank you again Allen!🙏

khadijah salhhadin: Horrible!!!I went in and purchased a phone card approximately 2 weeks ago a guy at the electronics area accepted the $50.00 cash to put $45.00 on a phone card and gave me $5.00 back. I did look at me strange as I was leaving I later found out why. I received a receipt and went about my business.Next thing you know I went and scratched the grey substance off the back of the card to reveal the numbers and put it on the phone two weeks after because thats the normal time frame it is usually done. Come to find out there was nothing on the card no $45.00 only 0.00 so I went back to the same Walmart location where I purchased it and they kept telling me that there was nothing they could do and that there were no refunds.I said I am not trying to get a refund the money was never on the card.They the managers kept saying there is nothing they can do. I said there must be something that can be done. They looked at the receipt and said it show’s right here that the money was put on the card I said again there was nothing on the card. I had already gone to the phone company and they said they have heard about this happening before go back to Walmart and get your money back. That was told to me before I even went back to Walmart. After they saw I was serious about the matter and they kept going back and forth with me. Then I was told you can call 1-800-Walmart. SMH. They didn’t even want to consider the obvious which was some one either didn’t know how to put the amount on the prepaid card that said Walmart and the other company phone name and that you can put any where from $10-100 on the cardThis is a new type of phone card they started selling. Or that one of their employees is stealing. It’s one or the other . They told me they didn’t know where the money was transferred to. Me either that’s why I was there. They didn’t provide the money that was taken. . If you see this type of phone card I have described don’t buy it you may loose your money. Terrible,Terrible,Terrible!!!They didn’t seamed concerned about anything I said not even to investigate the matter or anything and that’s sad because if they have employed a thief you would think they would be concerned and want to get too the truth of the matter.
