The lady who filled out the form was nice and kind, but she was pure evil and that was later discovered when I return a week later for my items. I was so overwhelmed with my three children that I never even thought of asking about the font, but instead of picking on why not pick up the phone and asking the customer instead of picking one. When I came to take possession of my items the font was this ugly curve font.I went to asked her why I wasn’t asked about the font and that I never approved this font to be on my items, she along with 3 other people kept talking over me acting as I never was even standing there, if it wasn’t for the machine running out of paper I would have ended up extremely upset that I paid for this ugly font to be all over my little girls items for school. Instead of taking the items I left them with the front lady and she said the pillow case might not be able to be fixed. After that I was on my way home and I decided to go somewhere else to have these items fixed. When I called to tell her I would be taking these items to another embroidery place she became extremely disrespectful and she informed me that the lady who fixes these mistakes was not going to be in until tomorrow. Then after an hour she calls to tell me that she has my things ready for pick up to take to another embroidery place. Oh no she doesn’t stop there she begins to tell me that she is a christian and works at a christian store and that she is sorry but in the most nastiest of ways and that I should be sorry too and begins to lecture me on the christian way. The only thing that I am sorry is that I set foot in that shop and that I have now had to waste gas three times driving back and forth to this place. I have never been so disappointed at the way people run these small businesses until now. I love knowing that I didn’t exchange any disrespectful words to her or her business partners. Because I gave them three chances to call me but as you all know now that did not happen. If I could give this location a no star review I would.

Got in line to check out to buy a drink...I completely forgot about notifying the store through the app for pickup. While in line I set it up for instore pick up. I noticed/overheard the women working at the register talking to another customer making a fuss about the notification coming through for a pickup saying that she couldn't take the order outside without the make and model of the car while my order is in her hand. Then she continued to make unnecessary comments to the customer about my order. I remember hitting instore pick up fo r my order so I didn't understand why it came up as curbside. I did not really appreciate the comments being made from the cashier. I wanted to speak up but I appreciate sherry checking me out and being friendly compared to the other cashier

I googled it and got the item # from the Joann website which she could have done. She the looked to see if they had it in stock. I have never had such poor service. It was as if I were asking for the moon.

Terence: Usually their curbside pickup is reliable and good.But today, I waited in my car for over 45 minutes before I decided to go inside and just see if I could pick up my mobile order there. It was so chaotic as there was already a group of people standing there (all of whom have been waiting for their own curbside delivery orders for a while) seeing if they could get theirs in-person too.The workers were really no help. A bunch of them had their Airpods in and some were saying they were about to walk out. Not blaming the workers at all for saying stuff like that because it looked stressful and I'm pretty sure the system was down so that's why all of the problems were happening with Curbside pickup. And at one point, I think I did see someone just throw his vest off and walk out during the middle of it.I blame store management for letting it get to that point where workers are just walking out because it gets too stressful.Also, no one answers the phone. So I'll blame management for that too.I ended up getting a full refund through the general Walmart customer service phone line and my entire order compensated for free at another location since I waited so long. So, honestly, worth the trouble!
