My teenage girls got together with their best friends and made bears with each other's voices. They live several states apart now so they miss each other so much. So take a little or take your grown up friends. They make the experience special no matter what the occasion is. Ask for Lisa, she was soooo helpful and so sweet. I'm sure her grandkids love that she works there. I know we sure were happy to meet her.

harold reynolds: Could be a lot better. It's kind of like waiting in an amusement park ride line. Unfortunately the owners know that it's for the kids and the owners don't really seem to care, because they know enough people will wait to get their kid a stuffed animal. Still I would go more often with my kids, grandkids, great nephews and family, but it's so aggravating, and only about half the staff there seem to know what they are doing.
