sabrina bayha: This place is a fun experience and it doesn't have to be just for little little kids. I made a bear and did a voice button that tells my Dad I love him. He's in the hospital right now. My teenage girls got together with their best friends and made bears with each other's voices. They live several states apart now so they miss each other so much. So take a little or take your grown up friends. They make the experience special no matter what the occasion is. Ask for Lisa, she was soooo helpful and so sweet. I'm sure her grandkids love that she works there. I know we sure were happy to meet her.
Shaniece Gamble: So I decided to take my 3 yrs old to Build A Bear and it was an okay experience I was hoping that it would be more magical than it was but I’m sure he was just fine it’s probably me being picky but it was nice it can get a little pricey but for the moment and facial expressions of my baby it’s was all worth it , meanwhile he doesn’t even play with his little chase but it’s definitely a décor piece for his room and we will always have these memories

Specifically he forgot to give us the bear’s “birth certificate”. Very disappointed. Before you take the time to head there make sure you check ahead to see if they might let you in!!
harold reynolds: Could be a lot better. It's kind of like waiting in an amusement park ride line. Unfortunately the owners know that it's for the kids and the owners don't really seem to care, because they know enough people will wait to get their kid a stuffed animal. Still I would go more often with my kids, grandkids, great nephews and family, but it's so aggravating, and only about half the staff there seem to know what they are doing.
Jenna: Lisa was amazing! It was very busy but she never made the stuffing process feel rushed or any less magical. My kids loved it! She made it a very memorable experience.

I said there must be something that can be done. They looked at the receipt and said it show’s right here that the money was put on the card I said again there was nothing on the card. I had already gone to the phone company and they said they have heard about this happening before go back to Walmart and get your money back. That was told to me before I even went back to Walmart. After they saw I was serious about the matter and they kept going back and forth with me. Then I was told you can call 1-800-Walmart. SMH. They didn’t even want to consider the obvious which was some one either didn’t know how to put the amount on the prepaid card that said Walmart and the other company phone name and that you can put any where from $10-100 on the cardThis is a new type of phone card they started selling. Darazah Gore: I often come to this location when the one on new Hope drive doesn’t have what I need. Sometimes there would be large quantities of things in clearance that isn’t actually clearance. For example there was a big white box full of blankets that had a clearance sign on them . I grabbed two but when I took it to self check out it rang up full price and I tried to tell the lady where I got it from because there was also another guest grabbing some she told me it was nothing she can do about it . So I just left the blanket there along with my other items .
