I came back about about a week ago and they are stock with my size. The employees there at the time were super kind to me and were funny too. They pulled my size out from the back quickly unlike other shops. They also have really cute sporty outfits to choose from.

Mrs. Williams: Had to pick up an online order in store. The process was swift after I gave the associate my order details. She was able to find my purchases and verify the order information. We looked around and found some other items on sale and purchased those as well. The staff was very friendly.

William Teach: El gerente es grosero y condescendiente hoy, 2/7/23. Quería cambiar un par que compré que era un poco pequeño, me dijeron que el par que elegí era solo para el primer par para comprar el segundo a mitad de precio. Es un fastidio tener que saber eso cuando solo quieres unos zapatos y, en lugar de ser educada, ella fue insolente y grosera. Hubiera sido fácil hacer simplemente el segundo par, que costaba solo $69, pero no, tenía que tratar a un cliente con mala actitud. We found the little girl shoes area but nothing was really in it's place and all over and there really wasn't that great of a selection. As we find the shoes she wants we start looking for the size and see a bunch of size 2s out of reach. As I start looking for employees I don't have to look far as 4 of them are within eye sight talking and laughing. As I start waving my arm at them to get their attention they scatter and seem perturbed that I asked for help.The store in general looked in disarray.

Love (sales associate) she was just amazing, friendly, sweet and a pleasure to talk to. The other staff was awesome too, but Chris and Love went above and beyond.This DTLR location has the most shoes on display I have ever seen. There must be 300 (or more) on display. Store was clean, organized and very well stocked.Super impressed with this DTLR.If you need anything for that sneakerhead in your life, go here and talk to Love or Chris!

UNDERRATED VIEWS: Nunca más volveré a ir a esta tienda, sinceramente es absurdo lo que me hicieron y humillante. En la tienda de Raleigh, Carolina del Norte, me senté a comprar un par porque mi hermana menor los quería y su cumpleaños era hoy. Me quedé toda la noche hasta la mañana y la gerencia de esta tienda en 1008 Raleigh Boulevard me sacó de la fila. Nunca he estado en esta tienda, pero afirmó que yo era un revendedor y dijo que cualquiera que pareciera uno tenía que salirse de la fila. ¿Cómo te ves como un revendedor? No lo sé y no me importa. Eso sí, esperé como una persona civilizada mientras él estaba en su teléfono llamando a personas que luego entrarían a la tienda y comprarían hasta 2 pares. No entiendo qué tipo de negocio tienes, pero definitivamente voy a publicar malas críticas junto con todas las personas que conozco, porque es absurdo que nos digan una cosa por la noche y luego digan otra por la mañana.
Max Romero: El hecho de que uno de mis amigos fue a comprar unos zapatos pero se quedó con las manos vacías porque la gerencia les está vendiendo a sus amigos es molesto. Mitzi Bland: One of the rudest employees I’ve ever met. Walked in the store, looked at the shoes and grabbed one. I said, “do you have one of these in 10 1/2”? He said no without even looking at the shoe. We felt as if we were discriminated against and I will never ever go back to one of these stores. I don’t know if we looked funny or out of place or just what…… Thank your employee that works at the Crabtree mall who thought it was funny he was rude to us. As we left he was telling his co worker how he treated us. Maybe me and my 12 year old son looked funny. 🙄 All we did was want a pair of shoes and we were in the position to buy them.

Adam was very gracious and quick at check out.Returned the next day needing to exchange for a 1/2 size up and was freaking out Bc I never got the email receipt but thankfully Adam remembered me and was swift with the exchange process.As someone who suffers from high social anxiety, I was in and out in less than 10 mins each time and that means so much to a person like me.
