Richard Lewis: My experiences at the Tuesday Morning store at the shopping center at six forks and wake forest rd was horrible this lady accuses me and my wife stealing a hair dryer last time it was so etching else but q she was wrong. But its everytime my wife walks in she follows us uncomfortably close and litterly reaches in my wife's cart and takes the merchandise she was going to purchase and kept up with false accusations making them up as the confrontation continued. Then all the sudden there was a video of her stealing a hair Dryer which never happened when asked to see it she refused and threatened to call police so we just left id rather leave the waste any money on that store. We really didn't steal a hair dryer and have not a clue to what she is talking about. I didn't get the lady's name but she is a African American woman kinda hea y st and talks like she has the education of a 5yr old.

And you may find a real bargain at the back of the store where the markdowns are. Always good for finding a small gift or impulse item.

I could not give it more than two stars because of the customer service.The gentleman that checked me out at the register was very nice, polite and had good customer service skills. He is the reason there are two stars and not one.The female employee will be the I won't shop here again and the reason people have stopped going into stores and have started shopping online. No one made you work there, you choose it. When you walk around with an aggravated look on your face and all but take over an a section a customer is already at looking at items and start to scan products without any type of acknowledgment or at least some type of pleasant look on your face is quite rude especially when before and after that you do talk but to the other employee but you are complaining. It doesn't matter what for or about what. What does is customers can hear it and see that you aren't happy and give customers one more reason it may just be better to shop online.

Nora Martinez: Tuesday Morning in Wakefield is one of my favorite places to visit. There is so much to choose from always a bargain. Very high quality items for a fraction of the price. The staff there knows where everything is and can tell you how to get to what it is you're looking for. I have purchased really high quality dog clothes for a fraction of what Walmart or PetSmart would charge. I got my little Yorkie a pink raincoat. She hates it but with her being so close to the ground it keeps her dryer then anything else I have found. A dog really needs a rubber raincoat and I had never seen one before. I have purchased beautiful towels lace and decorative runners for the various holidays. They make my apartment look very festive and I never fail to get compliments on how nice they are. For summer on my couch I purchased three gorgeous Flamingo pillows. Their decorative pillows are always on sale for much less than the retail stores. Everything is new everything is up to date and if you can't find it there on your first visit please come back because the stock changes every week. They never know what's coming in for sure but it's worth just going back. Unfortunately I can't seem to get out of there in less than 2 hours. It's my Excursion. I know you will enjoy it. There is plenty of parking close to the door and if you buy something big someone will help you carry it out.

This is a very disrespectful customer service staff and highly micro aggressive towards people or color and especially black customers.They get a lot of merchandise but do not have sense to make walkways safe enough for people to navigate the store… the organization is cute until you realize you’re bumping into it all fragile pieces. They intentionally take up your time at the register if you ask for a mark down. The mark downs are always a damaged item but the store will argue with you and gaslight you saying the item “comes like that”…disregarding visible damage.Back to customer service —they need training!Yesterday I watched a lady who had just checked out hauling a whole bunch of heavy fragile pieces—no staff offered to help her. I noticed a $150 glass lamp she had slipping out but…my hands were full too so By the time I ran over, her item fell and busted before she could even get out the door. Only person the black lady by the door and other black customers came to assist her.

I left while still waiting for the staff. The clerk was not helpful.

Shanah Bell: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful at this location. They are closing though, so you won't have much more time to shop there. Currently everything is 30% off, which is awesome. But that also means that they don't have everything they normally would because they aren't restocking. I was able to get a Dyson V10 Animal that's regularly $750 for less than $400 though, so I was pretty darn pleased with this shopping trip!
Christine Becker (Chris): Even with the 30 to 50% off discounts from The store closing, there really aren't many deals to be had. What's interesting is they had such a HARD SELL push for me to pay to join their members rewards just a few weeks ago. They had to know this store closure was coming, so that feels even more shady now.
Greg K: Going out of business sale going on. This company is going out of business because they are a rip off. They mark everything up then you have to use 20% off coupons and then its still more than target. Right now they have the Ninja model # sp101. They show it at $239 then marked it down to $179 for their going out of business sale. A quick google search show it at target right around the corner for $149.99, lol ripping people off all the way until doors are pad locked
Chip Haver: This location is going out of business...stopped in to see if there were any "what a deals". None that I found
Nelson Williams: They're closing their doors, soon. Sale prices aren't that great. What they have left in stock has been picked over thoroughly. I'm sorry they're closing, but I probably wouldn't have gone back.
Marcos Miranda: My first stop here. I must say it's sad that this store is closing ☹️. Super clean and neat and probably the best, friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered. This was an entirely new but pleasant experience at a retail store for me. Big thumbs up
Heather S.: Went shopping with my mom there after christmas. My local bbb closed down. Drove 1 hr to go there and other stores. Nice to see one still up. Cashier, I think her name was Emily, was very helpful to my mom. Excellent service. Prices high but unique stuff.

Jennifer A: Todo lo que tengo que decir es ¡GUAU! Entré para devolver un juego de edredón y la forma en que el cajero me habló no estaba bien. Me miró cuando llegué a la caja registradora y me dijo: “¡Mira cómo doblaste esto! ¿¡Qué te pasa!?" Lo dijo muy alto y en un tono muy grosero frente a otros clientes y fue vergonzoso. Hice lo mejor que pude para volver a doblar la manta y ponerla en el contenedor de plástico en el que vino, pero una vez que la sacas de esas cosas, es muy difícil volver a colocarla y hacer que se vea perfecta como estaba originalmente en el almacenar. Cuando me preguntó por qué lo estaba devolviendo, dije que no me gustaba y procedió a ser grosera y sacudir la cabeza hacia mí. Entiendo si un artículo no está a la altura de sus estándares para devolverlo, pero hay una forma profesional de decirlo. Aparentemente no fue tan malo, o de lo contrario no lo habría aceptado. No sé el nombre de esta mujer, pero debería ser despedida por la forma en que trata y habla a los clientes. Era una mujer negra con el pelo recogido hacia atrás. ¡En serio, contrate a personas con modales y habilidades de servicio al cliente!

She informed me that they keep track of how many times you return pillows. It was the first time returning a pillow. My husband was going to look for another one but he said forget it.... let's go.
