Jessica Bullock: As a previous sales associate/stylist of Lane Bryant, I was disappointed when visiting this store today. Upon entering the store (5/23 around lunchtime) I received NO greeting. The woman didn’t even make eye contact as I approached the counter to go towards the Cacique section. The clerk was also unaware of any offers or sales going on when asked by another shopper. She had a very disinterested attitude. If bras aren’t on sale, you pitch something else. Customer service beats there not being a sale. I wanted a bra fit but after seeing that there was no one else available to assist, I decided to leave the store. It’s lacking in customer service and moral.

I visited to pick up a Online shipment for intimates. This is my first online order. I purchased during the semi annual sale. Upon arrival Kymberly greeted me warmly and informed me of the 50% off offer when placing an online In Store pick order. 50% on top of already discounted items was a score.I had no idea Lane carried a size 12 and had the size in abundance. This was new news to me. Lane Bryant has stepped out of the shadows of the homely, frumpy 90's style for Plus Sized Women. Prior to visiting, I would not consider myself Plus Sized, but curvy and voluptuous. Lane has arrived. The new styles provide clothing that is functional, comfortable and trendy without sacrificing your self esteem. Their denim collection is high quality featuring fabric that provides stretch and functionality. I saw quite a few pieces I'll have to return to purchase. The denim is really high quality and fits like a glove for curvy women. I purchased a pair of skinny jeans and a cute mock neck knit top with ruching. I saved over $30 this trip.The women who work here care about their community and treat you like family each shopping trip. Stay in your Lane.
