Marcus Plating: Apple Store quality without the long wait times. Will continue to go back for service on all my Apple devices.
Lamar Dade: While the receptionist clearly was having a bad day, everything else was good! I was told I would be talked to in 15 minutes - but it took almost double that, but the tech was very apologetic and gave me a thorough explanation of what was going to happen to fix my phone. Parts weren’t in stock so I came back two days later. Due to phone difficulties it took longer than expected but he kept me informed of his issues and again was very apologetic. I would 100% do business here again. I’ll also consider when I need Apple products as they had a great selection in stock. I overheard a conversation with an older individual and an employee who was looking for a new laptop and the employee was extremely patient with her and her questions. I was just wowed by this facility.

Leslie Sierra: I won't take my Lenovo anywhere else! TenPlus systems is the best kind of business to work with - they do what they say they are going to do and go above and beyond when possible. When my son's screen broke on his laptop I almost went to the big box to repair, but turned away when they told me I'd be on the hook for them to fix anything that went wrong and since it was being shipped to a central repair facility it seemed likely to happen.Glad I trusted my gut and found TenPlus. They quoted me the price for the repair, but when the part came in and the repair was done, the control board went out (I was warned could happen by big box). Rather than making the computer unrepairable without paying more than it cost originally - Brett sent me the link to buy back the warranty from Lenovo, held my computer 30 days until it kicked in, and promptly emailed me when the new part was ordered and on its way. I can express how thrilled at how responsive they were and willing to help me navigate the repair. I hope not to be back for a repair, but I already told my husband if he needs a new iPad we are buying from TenPlus!

Jessica Jenkins: My daughter had an accidental spill on her MacBook. We brought it in. The kid is 15 and she made the appt. I had never been here before as typically we go to crabtree. We dropped it off and we're told we will receive a call or email when they've assessed the damage. We never heard back I contacted them and was told they left messages and e-mails to my daughter. When leaving he asked for info to reach someone about when ready to move forward. I asked if daughter can do it. He said yes anyone. So I did set it up to reach her when ready to move forward. I am working with my daughter to step up and handle things take time to consider her decisions and practice self-sufficiency. In this case, it didn't end well. She was getting a lot of spam emails and subsequently deleted or missed the emails from ten plus. I finally reached out to them and asked for an update and was told they couldn't get a response on whether to back it up or delete everything when they send it off. We sorted that and I was told only adult info is supposed to give email and phone number. They apologized for accepting the kids info and they took my info to update me when it's ready for pick up. Never heard anything. I called them and was told it was ready 5 days prior. I picked it up and the woman was not very friendly. She actually gave off the vibe that I was the cause of her attitude, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Overall, the laptop has been repaired but it took much longer since the mistake was made accepting a child's info. My daughter learned to be more on top of communication and checking her emails and vm. I'm disappointed that even after updating my info when the MacBook was prepared I still had to call and check it out. I wasn't informed it had been received and was ready.TLDR: make sure that you give an adults info for communication. If you don't hear back when they say it should be ready call them to ask daily.
Walter White: Mostly an apple shipping center like any other AASP. Kind of a waste of time driving here. Staff seemed to just regurgitate whatever Apple tells them to rather than independently being able to fix Apple products.

Terry Anastasi: A wire broke on the electric fence system for our dog - we searched for different adapters trying to replace it but they were the wrong size…Hassan stopped what he was doing to quickly repair the wire and help keep our dog safe! He was prompt, knowledgable and saved the day…Highly recommend!

Regina Watkins: Let me start off by saying this was the worst experience. This was my first time and my last. It took about a month to get it back. Evert time I called I got something different but the main thing they always came back with is waiting for part. I took my computer in for one thing which was the memory board and had to take it back because I pick up computer and notice the touch wasn’t working and it wasn’t keeping a charge which they said the battery was good on first visit at drop off.. They said everting was fix so i pickup laptop. But its still not fix. I took in a touch screen computer and came out without a touch screen computer and the staff is trying to tell we its not a touch screen so its nothing they can do. I know what I purchased, and it was a touched screen during the whole covid for my 16-year-old if it wasn't touch screen trust me my child would not have wanted it.. So, I took it somewhere else, and they even said yes, it’s a touch screen but it’s nothing they can do with it now. Then I take my charger in with the computer when I had to take it back to get fix again since it wasn’t fix when I pick it up and go back to get the computer and they lost my original charger..
A C: Easy computer repair experience. Our home laptop wouldn’t power on. We dropped it off and later received a diagnostic call - swollen battery. The nice gentleman informed of us the cost, ordered the new battery, and in a few days called us for pick up. Highly recommended.

Isabel del Valle: I have used their services before and I haven't have a complain, until I came across the owner/manager. All I wanted to do to my laptop was to cleaned it, they semi did it, so when I asked him to at least clean the screen and the vents on the side, he returned my laptop cracking when opened up and not closing anymore from the base, I was showing it to him how it was not OK and something was wrong and the base of the computer just ripped apart from being force, something he did was so wrong that not only it didn't close anymore, it broke apart! And all he did was asked me to comeback next week, because according to him it was plastic and it was going to break sooner or later, so bad luck! I refuse to take it because the receipt clearly indicated there was no damage, and after he took it to the back then he came back with it all broken, clearly he didn't know how to do it and just messed it up. Its been 3 weeks and not a phone call I have received or an answer of what is going on. I do not want to contact consumer affairs for this matter, but it seems like I won't have any other option.
Jeff Dill: I have used these guys twice since I moved to the area four years ago. They go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. That is something that is very rare in the retail market now days. They will try to fix your computer instead of just saying it can't be fixed and trying to sell you a brand new computer like most big box stores do today.

This saved me a lot of headache and time . These people are awesome! He was excellent both on the phone and in person: very responsive, courteous, and understanding of my situation. I desperately needed to have my laptop repaired because it was a Friday afternoon and I had to use my laptop to study over the weekend for a 3-hour test the following Monday. Brian understood my situation and fit me into his tight schedule that Friday afternoon. The repair was fast; he explained to me what went wrong exactly and how he fixed my laptop. The cost was also very reasonable compared to the cost estimates given to me elsewhere that afternoon! I will definitely return to this laptop repair shop in case I have computer problems in the future. Thank you!

Mike: Visited this store on 7/13/23, thinking I would have to leave my iphone 12, and be out of communication for unknown period of time. They greeted me as soon as I opened the door, listened to my problem, and quickly took my phone to isolate the problem in battery charging. I left within 10 minutes with phone operating as new, able to recharge. Polite and courteous. A pleasurable experience and this store will certainly get any future business I can send their way!

Chris Evans: CPR is exactly what you hope they are. They fix your broken phones and iPads quickly, honestly, and at a fair price. They are the only place I know in town that will fix an iPad on site (Best Buy or apple will send them out of town). They even checked my battery to make sure it was still fresh while they had my device open. I also saw they offered a service for recovering data from damaged drives. The owner, Jeff, is often at the front desk to greet you and talk you through what they can do. If they are able to repair it while you wait, there’s. Burger-fi, Wegmans, and Trader Joe’s next door, so plenty to do while waiting. Highly recommended!
