Larry Pereira: I went there to see the MTE 3s, and was told that they weren't out yet. I found that interesting because they were on the Vans website. Anyways, the associate helping me (sorry, I didn't get her name, but she said she was a store manager) argued with me the entire time about Gore-Tex not being waterproof. I told her that I didn't want water resistant, I wanted waterproof. I finally tried on a pair just to get her to leave me alone and I walked out. I should have gone back to Crabtree. Next time I will.

Scott Batchelor: I was sad to hear that Southpoint was closing down this Sir Castle Teees location. My son and I went by the first weekend they were open last year and the owner was so kind to us. He showed us some of the really unique shoes they had (including some that changed color in the heat) and you could see how passionate he and his whole staff were. I hope the Streets at Southpoint changes course and extends his lease there. Would be a shame to let this great business go to make room for another jewelry or candle store.

Sharon House: Very pleased with the products installed--a Braunability lift and wheelchair securement system (and some other items). But we have been even more pleased with the follow up service! Owner and service staff very accommodating and caring.

From the time you walk in the door everyone does everything to help fulfill your needs. Worked more with Chad than anyone else. He's so knowledgeable about all the vehicles in stock. I've bought many vehicles over the past and it always seemed a long drawn out process, not at Van Products. Very smooth process and all your needs are anticipated. Toan Nguyen: I came back to this place after 12 years, to install another hand control and my experience again was great. John was really responsive via emails and phone calls when I inquired for product price, features, etc...; helped me choose the right hand control for me, make the order and set up the installation. Ray did a great installation job and even took me out for a test drive which was enjoyable. Nicole was fast in doing the paperwork and payment. Everyone I met there was so helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommended for your mobility needs.
Kerry Mccall: It pains me to leave this negative review but I don't want other special needs families to go through what we did. It took us a month to get in to have my vehicle looked at because I did have to reschedule. It will take you about two weeks although that's the going time for any shop. I made it clear that I needed an estimate for my insurance company and that I had had an estimate from out-of-state on my way here and what I was given by this shop ended up being 4 times what the last estimate was. I also was told over the phone with someone else listening in on the phone call that photographs had been taken of the repair needed and would be included with the estimate. Now I am being told they're actually were no photographs and they are denying that they actually told me that when I had someone listening to them say that. Additionally on the estimate was as close to $1,000 of unnecessary charges. This is very disheartening as I move to this area because it's supposed to be friendly and ethical and here it is 3 days before Christmas and I have a handicapped son and now have to start all over again hopefully to be able to find an ethical company. Additionally I had asked for the front end to be looked at which they claim they did and there was nothing wrong however I did take it to another mechanic closer to me and was told that the control arms need to be replaced and there is some front end damage that is causing it to leak oil and transmission fluid. I was very happy to find this company in Raleigh but now I have completely lost faith in their ethics and honesty. Coming from a veteran family I find this disturbing as well.

Wesley Hendrick: I have a parent that recently became confined to a wheelchair. We needed transportation for a funeral. I mistakenly rented the wrong van, no fault of theirs. Parker on short notice, had us in the appropriate van in time for the funeral. I highly recommend this facility.
