We usually send our garments to here just to support local business, until they damaged the bottom trim of my top during the dry cleaning process. They refused to fix it at their tailor shop and they refused to pay me back, instead they are sending it out to‘evaluate’ the item and see if the damage is cause by the manufacturer. I had the item sit with them for almost a month, I still don’t have it. I don’t think this place is professional enough to run its dry cleaning and tailoring business, because they failed both!!Updates: they don’t have same day service here.

Sarah Adams: We have used this dry cleaner for the past few years with generally positive results. Recently, I received a sweater back from them that shrank significantly. I took the sweater back to cleaners to report the issue and the clerk told me that they would need to send the sweater to the production manager and that she would call me to discuss the issue. He indicated that she would most likely try to stretch the sweater. Roughly two weeks pass and I didn’t hear from the production manager. I went back to the store and the sweater was there. The same clerk said that the sweater had been stretched, that I should try it on and come back if it didn’t fit. The sweater was the same. I returned to the store today (this was my 4th trip). A different clerk gave me the same rigmarole, said they would send the sweater to the production manager, she would call me, etc. I pressed on a better solution, as this was my 4th trip to the store, no one had ever called as promised and I was out a relatively expensive sweater that would soon no longer be available to re-purchase (summer is coming!). The manager came to the front and essentially repeated the same rigmarole, including that they would start a claim. While the manager was confirming my contact information, the clerk said to her co-worker “What does she expect, we’re just going to give her $100?”.I was completely floored at the lack of professionalism and customer service from this clerk and the manager was extremely dismissive when I noted this. She simply didn’t respond to my questions or comments, as if she couldn’t hear me. Finally, she said that she didn’t hear what the clerk said because she was focused on helping me, and then she said she’d address it later. No apology was offered and there was a general vibe that I was being difficult by asking them to make this situation right in a reasonably timely manner.I absolutely understand that mistakes happen. Frankly, I was much more upset by the rude behavior of the employees than the sweater itself! I won’t be using this business again.Servicio:Limpieza en seco
