mike c: worse company I EVER used I recommend staying far away from these people I have been using companies like this for half my life all down the east coast and never have I had an experience like this. Customer service is also awful and very rude . the drivers should not be on the road I do not know who hires these people they blow right thru red lights and stop signs creating a VERY unsafe road environment for everyone. Curtis is a very dishonest /rude/arrogant person if it wasnt for him they may have a better then 2.4 star rating. what a joke.

Danielle Smith: My daughter is 3 years old has severe disabilities and takes CMC transportation both to and from school. I feel secure and the drivers are always on time almost and are so friendly and reliable. We have been one with one of our drivers since the first day of school and had another company slated for the p.m. The driver Ms. Denning, we’ve had since the beginning has never once been late and seems like a genuinely good person. The company status up and CMC luckily grabbed the route. Although its not completely unheard of it rare but is rare to find two separate drivers with such wonderful demeanors and it seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Customer service couldn’t be nicer and I’m not going to waste my time reading negative reviews in the past because I’ve had nothing but a positive experience!! Bravo CMC!!

Shenna J (DJ): Poor customer service as well as phone number states all calls are busy having to call numerous times, then once on the phone with representative Jay he could not provide me with the contact information of the driver, when asked how to track a cab he stated he doesn't not know the process of that either. Therefore I'm writing this message here and to the Wake Co school board to clean this process up and effectively communicate with parents

Shannan meggs: This vehicle is a maniac. Driver texting on phone not using signals weaving in and out of lanes like he’s a race car driver running lights etc god help if children are currently in this vehicle. I wish I could give negative stars
Greg Garner: Apparently the pick-up time can change, you don't have to be notified, and then when your ride shows up even earlier than the new pick-up time (the one you didn't know about), they will honk repeatedly and then, despite you saying you'll be out in a minute, will leave you after waiting 4 minutes. THEN, when you call dispatch, they'll respond with, "Oh. Sorry. Well, they only *had* to wait 3 minutes."
