David Clack: Volé a RDU con mi familia el 23/12 y obtuve mi equipaje del reclamo de equipaje, luego llamé al conductor para que nos recogiera y solo esperé unos 5 minutos en la temperatura de congelación de 14 grados. JERRY fue muy amable y saludó a toda la familia y cargó el maletero con nuestro equipaje y ayudó a todos a sentarse en el asiento trasero y entregó los cinturones de seguridad delanteros que eran difíciles de alcanzar y también calentó el transbordador para que nos sintiéramos cómodos rápidamente. Volviendo del aeropuerto, RANDY llegó justo a tiempo para recoger a la familia para llegar a RDU. Inmediatamente nos recibieron con una sonrisa amable y un saludo y nos ayudaron con nuestro equipaje y nos acomodaron adentro. Fue un conductor amable y seguro y brindó una experiencia maravillosa. 10/10 volvería a usar.

No volveré a usar este servicio.Actualización 20/09: después de mi publicación, el Gerente General se puso en contacto conmigo y se encargó de todo. Encontré que el servicio sigue siendo un valor a pesar de que el conductor no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas.

Example: This morning got flipped off by one because I was waiting for an intersection to clear instead of stopping in the middle of an intersection. Then watched him cut across 4 lanes of traffic.

Upon realizing that my flight would arrive later than my hotels shuttle service would run, I scheduled a pick up for 12:45 AM on a Sunday morning a week out. They required no deposit and were prepared to arrive at the time I scheduled. As it turned out, my flight arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule, and although they were not able to come earlier, they would have been 100% punctual for the time I had reserved. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity in allowing me to cancel my reservation when I booked alternative transport and will definitely retain their services in the future.

RDU taxi cab service was affordable, quick and courteous with their service tonight. The driver was the nicest guy ever. If i ever need a taxi service again I definitely will go with them 100%.

After some searching, I found this service and it was great! He was early for picking me up (which was SO appreciated!) and got me to the airport in no time. Friendly and approachable guy!
