Sally Pitofsky: Great shoes and great staff
Yasmin Monroe: I went in this store today and have never felt so disrespected in my life. There was a gentleman (I use that term lightly) at the front of the store talking to a woman (She was white. I make that point for a reason). I am not sure if she was a customer, but this man, who I later found out was the supervisor, never said hello or acknowledged me at all. This same man then came right in front of me on the next row and stayed on that row facing me for about 10 minutes (I felt like he was watching me), but he still did not acknowledge me or ask me if I needed help. I honestly would have ignored all of this, but after looking around the store about another 10 minutes, I went back to the original aisle I was on to make sure I didn't want to purchase another pair of shoes. There were two white women on that row with me (Very close to me). The gentleman I previously mentioned asked both of those women if they needed help and walked right past me. I am African American and I am not one to immediately go to the race card, but I have never been so blatantly discriminated against in my whole life. I immediately put down the shoes I was considering, went to another employee who was stocking a few rows over, and told her what happened. I asked her who the gentleman was and imagine my surprise when she said he was the supervisor. I regrettably did not get either of the employees names, but I couldn't let this go without leaving this review. This review should have been no stars instead of one. I will be reaching out to corporate.

On this particular trip I was looking for a comfortable dress shoe and found one but it was a slightly over what I wanted to pay. I still decided to buy it. When I got to the register the cashier stated that these could be on sale and checked for me and sure enough they were. I saved about $25 and walked away. Very happy customer. When I went to pick the earrings up the employee told me that they had been picked up already. Most places make you show ID before picking up merchandise. I’m assuming Aldo does not do that or that one of the employees stole my earrings. I contacted corporate. Corporate told me that the district manager would contact me. That was a joke. I haven’t heard anything about this situation. I’ve spent lots of money at Aldo throughout the years but they won’t get another dime of my money. Trashy service.

Ermycia Dagostino: Went in to purchase a pair of Cloud running shoes and from the time I walked in, customer service was horrible. Not sure of the associates name but he was an older male with glasses. I spoke when I walked in but he didn’t speak back but proceeded to speak to my husband once he came in after me. Maybe I didn’t look like the normal shoppers they were used to. I then asked him for a different size while he was on his computer and he walked to the back to ask a different associate to grab the shoe & went back to the computer while I waited. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

R J Brown: I used to love and own so many clogs and sandals. But now that their footwear is made outside of the USA, the quality of their products have gone soo far downhill. My Clarks used to last for over 5 years or more. But anything of theirs I have purchased that is made in a foreign country may last 2 years or less if you are lucky. I no longer purchase their footwear. 30% of my footwear collection was Clarks until their quality became non-existent but their prices remained highly inflated. So disappointed in this company products.There 3 tiers of Clarks and most stores choose to stock the low grade Clarks. Make sure to inquire before you purchase your shoes. Want to know how to only purchase the high end Clarks and find out how to know the difference contact Lee Shoe store and speak to one of the owners. Knowledge is Power.

Empecé a grabar y toda la charla se detuvo, pero en ese momento estaban llamando a la seguridad. Antes de que pudiera hacer mi compra, que tomé el autobús de la ciudad para hacer, me mintieron primero, dijeron que me pidieron que me fuera cuando llegó la seguridad. Escoltados y amenazados por la policía de teatro. Vergonzoso, poco ético, innecesario y algún tipo de acción disciplinaria debe tomarse o debe investigarse en este lugar. Recomiendo comprar en otro lado.

Llamé con anticipación para ver si alguien estaría disponible para ayudar a sacar a mi cliente del automóvil a su silla de ruedas y Wendy inmediatamente dijo que lo haría. Mariss: I’ve shopped at Shoe Encore in New York and visited today when shopping for sneakers for my daughter. She’s 9 and her feet grow rapidly. I’m not willing to purchase shoes for $100 or up when my child’s feet grow often. Shoe Encore offers stylish, name brand footwear for low prices. I will admit that they are top designer brands but they do carry Nike, adidas, Vans, Reebok, Fila as well as a few others. If you’re looking for Jordan’s or new releases I can save you time and tell you not to come. For affordable shoes for the family this place gets the job done and then some. Staff here was wonderful. Got us in and out.

He was quick to locate inventory for me on the floor and in the back, and was very knowledgeable of all the products. Also, he was incredibly kind and professional. Jasmine Wiggins: It’s been awhile since my husband has bought new shoes (he hates shopping!) so we came to this location to replace his worn-out tennis shoes. We walked in and was immediately greeted by Tyler who assisted us during our visit. He was very knowledgeable and recommended different styles/types of shoes for my husband and I based on our lifestyles and feet. Tyler was very attentive and provided high-quality customer service. We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes since it was such a stress-free experience. My husband and I will only come to this location because we had such a phenomenal experience. The other employees were super helpful and kind as well even when we left the store close to closing time. Thanks a million, Tyler, for helping us today!
