This is seriously one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. Very unique and expertly decorated. The room is both stylish and welcoming. Amenities are great and tons of little in-room intricacies that set this apart from your typical stay. I won’t give them away as I hope each guest is as pleasantly surprised as I was. Furniture and bed are very comfortable.Service is an A++ , check in was a breeze and Gillis is a rockstar. Polite and great communication. Can’t say enough nice things; will be staying here again.

This is my second visit at The Hive! We went for my birthday in July 2022 and again this past weekend for a little one night get away. This is hands down the best place to stay in Wilmington if you want an exceptionally clean room, all amenities you could ask for and more you never expected. It is within walking distance to everything downtown Wilmington has to offer. The parking lot does need some work, for sure. Other than that, if I could give The Hive a 10 rating, I would. Thanks to Gillis for the excellent communication and keeping everything perfect for the guests. We hope to return very soon!

Best place to stay in Wilmington by far. One of the coolest boutique hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are nice and spacious. Feels like a home. Location is amazing. Would not recommend any other place in WIlmington. They should actually charge more :). It's so nice! Franklin

This might be my favorite "hotel" I've ever stayed at. Super nice rooms with everything you could possibly need. Comfy furniture and bed. I can't wait to plan another trip to Wilmington to book another stay!

Pros: comfortable bed, spacious, modern, nice part of town, local to Riverwalk, coffee choices / maker are awesome! The thoughtful amenities are a nice touch e.g. toothbrush/ paste, snack basket, and comforts of a modern 1 bedroom flat.Con:Our only issue is the parking... the pebble rocks are brutal to walk with your luggage and we found the spaces way too small with no handicap spots. If the hive could include the parking charge in the price of the rooms / suites, pave the lot and allot 2 handicap spots, the it will be 5 star ideal. However, we would definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome! Great location. Awesome design in renovated industrial building. Every little creature comfort was thought of - free drinks, snacks, and amenities in-room. A great concept that I hope grows to new locations! Looking forward to our next stay!

4worldlovers: Located four blocks from downtown Wilmington and one block from the river, we are within walking distance to the riverwalk, live music, markets, restaurants, breweries, shops, bars, two amphitheaters, countless historic buildings and so much more!

At Stella Maris Hostel, our focus is on the people. While we are by no means the fanciest place in town, we sure are the most fun! The place is old yet in great shape. If you are looking for a charming space to meet great people, this is the spot for you!

We like to facilitate good times and great folks. Many a friend are made here and we are young at heart. More often than not, staff and guests share stories, laugh and have fun. We even have an audio recording studio just a mile away!

While the fun here has no curfew, we do ask that guests keep quiet after 11pm.

We’re here for you to have the best stay possible and would love for you to see what Wilmington has to offer!
