She set up an appointment for the next day and was very helpful.Mike showed up on time and looked over the situation. He started working on the drain problem within minutes. It was a tricky situation to get through the P-trap but Mike persisted and never gave up on getting to the problem and fixing it for us! In the end, he got our drain cleared and running free again. I could not have been happier with his work. Very happy with using O'Brien for HVAC servicing and maintenance. Our AC went out, and I have a service contract with them. Tyler arrived the same day, within 2 hours of my call. He identified the issue quickly and was fast and professional to repair it. O'Brien is great and Tyler is the man!

Mike was fantastic. He came out to write us an estimate about the new units and went over installing and how long that takes in detail while dealing with 95° heat in the house. He measured everything and, went in the attic and the crawl space. He showed me an extra unit and how to turn it on and explained the issue with the old units. No portion of it was rushed even tho it was super hot inside.

Called the night before on a Sunday after hours and got a call back in just a few minutes. Tech said he could not make it but gave me a few things to try to fix the issue. He said to make appointment, so I went on line and made one. Got a call back on Monday morning and got someone out to fix it that afternoon. The tech Tanner was very helpful and answered any questions I had, and fixed the issue, Great team!!
