The SECU Family House's doors are open to family and friends of patients being cared for at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center as well as for patients who must travel to the area for outpatient medical treatment.

Located just a short distance from New Hanover Regional Medical Center, the non-profit SECU Family House, asks for a nominal fee per room per night to offset costs. Our facility offers a comfortable place to rest, shower and prepare meals while your loved one receives care.

Our facility welcomes children, however, those 12 years and younger must be supervised at all times by an adult. For the comfort of all of our guests, we cannot allow pets to stay at our facility.
