Our flagship class. 60 minutes of access to Power, Vitality & Freedom within you. Inspired by the Baptiste Journey in Power sequence. You will move, you will sweat, you will feel great for the rest of your day. This class is all levels! Students will range from experienced to first timers - Come as you are! Room is heated to 85-95*.

Our signature class offered over 20 times weekly…… an amazing, rejuvenating experience challenging the mind, body, and spirit. The room is heated to 105 degrees and humidity is added!


Enjoy a beautiful Vinyasa flow on Crystal Pier at The Oceanic. An amazing opportunity to connect mind, body, and soul, as the sites and sounds of the Ocean weave into the tapestry of your practice. This seasonal offering typically runs April through October.
