Terry Wade: I have used them to verify patterns of antennas. There reports are useful to use when considering rf safety distances when you know lobes and like. I do recommend them. I wish they would upgrade and have near field testing extrapolation. For larger antennas.

Sam Budwan: Poor customer service. Bought a headphone set less than two months ago, mic broke and they won't return it. Not even a store credit!! Very bad customer service.
Sydney Golden: Went to geek squad to get my iPhone 13 Pro battery replaced which was quoted at $89. I’ve literally had this phone for just over a year and the battery is defective. I got there and I have a small crack in my phone and he tells me that I have would have to pay almost $450 for the crack and battery because they can’t work on iPhones without fixing everything that’s wrong with them. Then when I asked if they really can’t just fix my battery the guy says “well we could - we’re just not supposed to” and then doesn’t offer to help at all. Giant waste of time.

Stephen Hughes: Less than satisfactory installation, poor follow up and no support. Chris installed an antenna on my roof wearing sandals, (unsafe), laid on my TV stand nearly damaging it, and did not have necessary materials for the job. Approximately 3 weeks after installation, high winds knocked the antenna out of alignment resulting in the inability to receive some channels that I had previously received just fine. I contacted Chris three times asking him to come and see what was wrong with no luck. NO support after the sale!
Barbara Wallace: Chris did a great job installing my antenna and fixing a problem caused by a Time Warner technician. He even talked me through a simple fix two years later when some connections were loosened during an air conditioner installation, saving me the cost of a callout. The antenna works great and I ditched cable!
Andre Powell: After years of "dumping" cash into satellite and finally cable, I decided no more! The flexibility for an install time along with the price fit our budget very well. The recommendation for my setup was spot on, I am very happy with the my decision to go with Cyber Dish!
