They sell you nice looking cars from the exterior but they come with so many problems that they won’t tell you.. which is so unfair!! This was my first car and my experience with it has been the worst thanks to these knuckleheads. I bought a Volkswagen from these people back in March this year and the first month i had it, I needed to get a jump over 4 times in one month. They sold me a car with a no good battery. The cv axles are worn, which is a really big problem if you know how much it costs to get them replaced (ARM AND A LEG). And if I choose to not replace them, the car wouldn’t be drivable after some time. The car needs new tires, it vibrates when I accelerate speed. It also needs a new cam shaft and the engine seems to be going bad already and I need a tune up.. there’s so many more problems that I probably forgot to mention but you get the point. These repairs will come up to so much money altogether that I can’t even afford!!!!Thank you knuckleheads for making my life more stressful than it already is and had the nerve to tell me nothing was wrong with the car when i asked. im going to see if i can sue.. this place needs to be shut down for this messed up business they operate. I learned my lesson. Guys if you’re looking for a new car, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Needs new motor, head gasket leak (my mechanic saw evidence of a stop-leak material added recently). I now can see the red flags, as Sam the owner would only let me look at the one car (those are too expensive, he said, when I expressed interested in others) and was super-quick to emphasize no mechanical warranty. I was too trusting, and learned a hard lesson.I would not buy a stick of gum from this guy.

Dejenai Fox: Let’s see at the end June of 2021 I went to this place to buy a car , I was pregnant and was just trying to get reliable transportation . I drove the car and it was fine ! I was never given a car fax at the time . I go to my bank and they provide with the car fax that it has been an accident but it was driving fine , air worked no lights on , so we proceeded . By the 2nd Week in July the lights weee on and the car was having electrical issue . I called plenty of times and they passed meOff advising I would have to work with who sold me the car ! I called over 20 times trying to get them to look at my Dodge Dart because it was under warranty and they ignored me until my warranty ran out and then said I bought the car as is because my warranty expires ! How sick do you have to be to take advantage of a pregnant woman ! Don’t go I promise the cars are hit and miss and when they miss they don’t care to help you ! I’m still paying on a car that has a world wind of issues & I have reported unfair practices to BBB I mean I had a warranty . Sick

They charged me $1000 in gap insurance. I went with another finance company shortly after and the insurance was only $100. I have been trying for the the past 4 moths to get my money back and after several emails I still have not received a response. This is ridiculous. This is a lot of money of mine that they are holding onto. I was told by this company it would take 60 to 90 days to get my money back, this was after 4 separate emails and unanswered voicemails. After checking with my new finance company I was told it should take no more than 30 days. This is ridiculous. I will absolutely never do business with this company again and will make sure I get the word out about these robbers.

Antonio Gianni: On 4/26 I bought a 2012 Lexus RX 350 from TMS. This is my 4th Lexus purchase. I have been driving the SUV for over 2 months and very happy with the purchase. I took it on a long trip to NY with absolutely no issues. The car was in incredibly good shape inside and out for a late model. I mean, any car can be a lemon or have problems after a sale/purchase (especially late models) but I really think TMS tries hard to source from quality local dealer trade-ins (not auctions). Nothing is guaranteed but we both got lucky with this specific car.Given the pre-owned car market the price was firm but very fair and no “extra” BS charges. The price I was quoted was the price I paid the day I came to pick it up. Overall great experience.

Kathy Fradenburgh: Bought a truck here a little over a year ago. Seemed like a good experience at the time but as time goes on we can see all the rust coming through the paint that they used to camouflage the rust. They rigged the sunroof just long enough to make it off their lot. They were shady when they sent the video of sunroof repair in that it slid open but it never tilted open. It has leaked from the day that they shipped it us. The battery died the week after we bought it and it cost almost 200 for a new one. The turbos have stuck since day 1 but they said they weren’t. I never write reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to lose as much money as we have! They said they “didn’t sell rust buckets” however, we have discovered the undercarriage is all rust, that they painted to hide it! They took us for fools, and we fell for it! Don’t let them do it to you.

They have limited selection at this time, but what they do have looks great.I had a very small punch list of minor repairs (mostly very minor/cosmetic and nothing I fault them for missing, I only noticed them after spending extended time in the vehicle) and they have been great to work with and are very responsive in helping me get the parts.Overall a great truck buying experience without the hassle I’ve faced from other dealerships.

I ended up with aF-350 for the same price as the F-250.Their customer service and no need for haggle pricing is second to none. If you are in the market for your next used vehicle, you need to check these guys out. You will be impressed.

Thomas Manshack: Edit: After reading other reviews I am seeing a very large difference between the way this dealership treats you while buying a car, versus how you're treated when you come back for repairs. The below was my experience with the repair department.It took A LOT of phone calls and course-corrections to get the service done. A big part of it is that instead of talking directly to me as a customer, they simply text an electronic bill with no explanation as to why the repairs are needed.Generally a repair shop will bother to contact the customer and explain what's going on with the car, what the plan is, and how they came up with the charges. Instead, the onus is on me to keep calling back and pushing for an explanation, or just blindly approve charges. I'm glad I didn't take their word for it, because it turned out that they had actually missed an important repair which I had asked for in the first place. Had I not called back repeatedly, I would have been in for a second round of repairs.Even after all that, I still don't know why I paid a $30 "service fee" on top of the parts and labor. I just decided to pay it rather than have to go back and forth even more, trying to get an explanation, when I really needed my car back.On a positive note, of the three customer service receptionists who fielded my calls, all three were very nice and professional. And the repairs appear to have been done competently. The issue is really more on the "corporate" feeling process which is set up in the interests of the dealership and not the customer.I assume they are making more money by being as fast and impersonal as possible, rather than bothering to treat each customer as a personal priority. I get it, this the direction that the auto repair industry is going. But based on my experience I will consider them only as an option of last resort, since I prefer to be treated differently than this when writing 4-figure checks.
