Empres Wiley: If I could give a 0, I would! I highly suggest you stay away from this dealership. They sell you nice looking cars from the exterior but they come with so many problems that they won’t tell you.. which is so unfair!! This was my first car and my experience with it has been the worst thanks to these knuckleheads. I bought a Volkswagen from these people back in March this year and the first month i had it, I needed to get a jump over 4 times in one month. They sold me a car with a no good battery. The cv axles are worn, which is a really big problem if you know how much it costs to get them replaced (ARM AND A LEG). And if I choose to not replace them, the car wouldn’t be drivable after some time. The car needs new tires, it vibrates when I accelerate speed. It also needs a new cam shaft and the engine seems to be going bad already and I need a tune up.. there’s so many more problems that I probably forgot to mention but you get the point. These repairs will come up to so much money altogether that I can’t even afford!!!!Thank you knuckleheads for making my life more stressful than it already is and had the nerve to tell me nothing was wrong with the car when i asked. im going to see if i can sue.. this place needs to be shut down for this messed up business they operate. I learned my lesson. Guys if you’re looking for a new car, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Lillian Jones: I’m sorry to report that I was taken advantage of by these folks. They sold me a car that immediately and spectacularly failed. Needs new motor, head gasket leak (my mechanic saw evidence of a stop-leak material added recently). I now can see the red flags, as Sam the owner would only let me look at the one car (those are too expensive, he said, when I expressed interested in others) and was super-quick to emphasize no mechanical warranty. I was too trusting, and learned a hard lesson.I would not buy a stick of gum from this guy.

I had a particular make and two models that I wanted my next vehicle to be and thankfully the cars I was looking at for the past two days were still available. Robert was extremely helpful and patient during my time on the lot. I wasn't sure if I wanted my new car after researching and seeing the pictures but I changed my mind when I saw and inspected the car in person. The sale went smoothly too. The cars are nicely cared for and affordable. I will keep Cary Auto in mind whenever I recommend or buy another car in the future. Dejenai Fox: Let’s see at the end June of 2021 I went to this place to buy a car , I was pregnant and was just trying to get reliable transportation . I drove the car and it was fine ! I was never given a car fax at the time . I go to my bank and they provide with the car fax that it has been an accident but it was driving fine , air worked no lights on , so we proceeded . By the 2nd Week in July the lights weee on and the car was having electrical issue . I called plenty of times and they passed meOff advising I would have to work with who sold me the car ! I called over 20 times trying to get them to look at my Dodge Dart because it was under warranty and they ignored me until my warranty ran out and then said I bought the car as is because my warranty expires ! How sick do you have to be to take advantage of a pregnant woman ! Don’t go I promise the cars are hit and miss and when they miss they don’t care to help you ! I’m still paying on a car that has a world wind of issues & I have reported unfair practices to BBB I mean I had a warranty . Sick

Was very open and friendly and we felt very comfortable. Since this was our first stop we got his contact info and drove around to look at other options. The preowned vehicles are of a diverse and of a large name brands.

Carolyn Casey: Edit: After this review I was contacted by the owner who is working to resolve the issue. Hope to get this resolved soon.Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. They charged me $1000 in gap insurance. I went with another finance company shortly after and the insurance was only $100. I have been trying for the the past 4 moths to get my money back and after several emails I still have not received a response. This is ridiculous. This is a lot of money of mine that they are holding onto. I was told by this company it would take 60 to 90 days to get my money back, this was after 4 separate emails and unanswered voicemails. After checking with my new finance company I was told it should take no more than 30 days. This is ridiculous. I will absolutely never do business with this company again and will make sure I get the word out about these robbers.

We set out to Triangle Motorsports on a Saturday and was happy to meet Jon, the owner. Jon was very accomodating and patient with us and very honest. His price was actually lower than the South Carolina showroom price! The end result is that we purchased a Bintelli 6 seater and could not be happier! His customer service is second to none! Antonio Gianni: On 4/26 I bought a 2012 Lexus RX 350 from TMS. This is my 4th Lexus purchase. I have been driving the SUV for over 2 months and very happy with the purchase. I took it on a long trip to NY with absolutely no issues. The car was in incredibly good shape inside and out for a late model. I mean, any car can be a lemon or have problems after a sale/purchase (especially late models) but I really think TMS tries hard to source from quality local dealer trade-ins (not auctions). Nothing is guaranteed but we both got lucky with this specific car.Given the pre-owned car market the price was firm but very fair and no “extra” BS charges. The price I was quoted was the price I paid the day I came to pick it up. Overall great experience.

Kathy Fradenburgh: Bought a truck here a little over a year ago. Seemed like a good experience at the time but as time goes on we can see all the rust coming through the paint that they used to camouflage the rust. They rigged the sunroof just long enough to make it off their lot. They were shady when they sent the video of sunroof repair in that it slid open but it never tilted open. It has leaked from the day that they shipped it us. The battery died the week after we bought it and it cost almost 200 for a new one. The turbos have stuck since day 1 but they said they weren’t. I never write reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to lose as much money as we have! They said they “didn’t sell rust buckets” however, we have discovered the undercarriage is all rust, that they painted to hide it! They took us for fools, and we fell for it! Don’t let them do it to you.

They have limited selection at this time, but what they do have looks great.I had a very small punch list of minor repairs (mostly very minor/cosmetic and nothing I fault them for missing, I only noticed them after spending extended time in the vehicle) and they have been great to work with and are very responsive in helping me get the parts.Overall a great truck buying experience without the hassle I’ve faced from other dealerships.

I contacted them and done a credit app. Long story short, they told me they had more trucks coming in and offered to hold my credit app encase I found something else. I did find a better deal. I ended up with aF-350 for the same price as the F-250.Their customer service and no need for haggle pricing is second to none. If you are in the market for your next used vehicle, you need to check these guys out. You will be impressed.

She wasn’t pushy or nonchalant which I think made me really consider going through the experience start to finish. I also enjoyed the fact that we could have a friendly conversation during the whole experience which made things go smooth IMO.
James O'Neal: Purchased a used vehicle in January and had a nice buying experience and no problems with the car (I loved it). Upon first service at the dealership, they informed me of all sorts of problems-- cabin air filter had never been replaced; engine air filter did not fit the vehicle; brake fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant all low and dirty. It appears none of what you'd consider basic maintenance had been done on the car before they re-sold it! I'd request a pre-purchase evaluation of any vehicle at the very least if I considered buying from here again
