Shannon Horton: Management here leaves everything to be desired. Never in my life have I had such an unprofessional experience with grown men. Pete is excellent at blowing smoke up yours in order to cover his, until it comes time to take responsibility for his employees. Absolutely zero ownership. A job that should have been done in ~30 days (per the shop) was drawn out to over 4 months, courtesy of Larry. The compensation that Pete believes is acceptable for the mishandling of the job is insulting. Parts of the repair weren't even done correctly the first time. My car looks great now (thanks only to my fiancé, who was working there and made sure to check in on the progress from time to time), but I do not recommend you bring your car here if you want the job done right the first time, in a timely manner, or if you would expect to be fairly compensated in the event of a shop error. Conveniently, my fiancé was fired 3 days after my confrontation with Pete. Do not bring your car here. For a small autobody work they are taking almost a month and postponed the date of delivery three times and still my car is not ready with no expected date of completion. The earlier bad reviews are real and think twice or thrice before you give your car to them. They have responded to earlier reviews promptly assuring to take care of the concerns in future but looks like they don't.Update 6/30/23: Until last week it was for non availability of parts. Now, they have postponed target date to 7/3. Parts arrived on last WednesdayFinally got my car on 7/3. Has done neat work and gave the car clean outside n inside too. Thank you! Increased from one star to two stars.

Thang Le: I had an appointment for an estimate at 2PM. I arrived at 2, checked in, and waited 30 minutes before someone comes out to look at the car. The person started asking how I'm paying. From my perspective, it doesn't matter as I needed to know how much it would cost to fix it even if I'd have to pay out of pocket. The person kept harping on how / who's paying. She goes back inside and starts complaining to a coworker about what a waste of time it would be to give an estimate. I got up and let the front desk person know to not worry about it. If they think giving an estimate for potential business is a waste of time then they should not be in business. The brief interaction I got gave me the impression of poor management and poor communication.

The car shop constantly lied and said they would scan my car for any more issues. They called me and said my car was good to go home. When i got my car back; dashboard still showed engine issues. I later went to auto zone to get my car scanned and it showed that they never addressed the engine issue in my car. These people returned a car back to me that was not running safely. They were all talk and no action throughout the whole process. The fact i got my car stolen in broad day light should be a bigger reason to not go there, a police report was filed for the incident. Glitz ByEssie: My experience with this shop was pretty shaky however I’m grateful for a fixed, running vehicle. I got into a car accident & my airbags had deployed, bumpers & windshield were messed up.I had my car towed from my home to their shop on March 2nd. I provided everything that was needed for my car except for the windshield & if he ever needed any other parts I would order them at the exact moment he would ask. My biggest issue with Mark was the communication. There were multiple times I would call/text just asking for an update (I would call every few weeks) & would get no answer for weeks at a time. I’m convinced he just recognized my number because when I didn’t receive a response I had a friend call from a different phone number & he answered right after not picking up mine & ended up giving her the update. He ended up returning my call that day to let me know my car needed another part (something that he could have let me know weeks ago if he kept up with updates) it just had me wondering if my friend never called him, how long would it have taken him to get back to me and let me know?Once the piece got delivered he told me that my car would be ready the following Tuesday. I stopped by the shop on Tuesday to see for myself & it indeed was NOT ready. I was highly frustrated & discouraged because I’m pregnant & was worried My car would not be ready on time for her arrival despite it being 2 months since my car has been at the shop. My boyfriend had to seriously break it down to him that his way of business was not okay & to give me a guaranteed date for myCar to be ready. He said between Friday & Monday it would be ready & on Tuesday May 4th we finally picked it up.My last issue is ANOTHER employee, not Mark, informed me on the day of pickup that the seatbelts, which locked into place at the time of the accident, weren’t installed because I was missing the pretensioners. This is definitely something that should have been communicated prior to because that is obviously a safety concern & I would have supplied them to be installed since I had already provided the seatbelts itself. I paid over $2000 for this service & Mark neglected to tell me that information.It’s been almost a month & my car is running smoothly & I feel safe enough to have my daughter in the car & that’s more than I can ask for. But please, work on communicating with your customers. They are who keep your business running & you will either lose them in the process or create great relationships & clientele.

I received an itemized estimate the day of my appointment, given a timeline for when the repairs would take place, given updates as certain repairs were completed, and an estimated day of completion. For those who are going through insurance and need a rental, this Caliber Collision has an Enterprise right next door where you can pick up your rental. As for my car, it was ready exactly the day that it was estimated to be completed. When I arrived to pick up my car, Anita was very helpful and Josh took the time to go over everything again that had been replaced and repaired. After looking over my vehicle, I cannot tell that it had been an accident and damaged! Everything looks greats and the paint job on my car was exceptionally well done. I can't tell difference between the new paint and the original! They even took the time to wash my vehicle and clean it. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the service I received. I couldn't even get an estimate from them unless they went through my insurance company first I am just trying to do my friend a favor in getting some cosmetic damage repaired on his vehicle. I'm certainly not trying to use my own car insurance. I could not find any guidance on being required to use auto insurance on their website. Unlike most i take the time to read and simply wanted clarification on the fine print.When speaking with this Business about my concerns and simply requested clarification I was told that the way it is and you have to sign and if not come get your car out of here.I was shocked and taken back the way this place handles and recommend NOT doing anything with this place because the fine print is a scam. When questioned for clarification to be told “we’ll if your not going to sign get your car out of here” isn’t something you should say if your buisness is to help people understand your rules and have patients and reasonable understanding and not get upset and call the insurer to deny fixing the car when all that was asked was clarity on release papers.Unacceptable behavior for this type of work. STAY AWAY.

I talked with Cary Collision Center about repairing it, and they told me that they worked in conjunction with Dent Busters in the Cary Autopark when doing this type of work. I called a longtime friend who is sales manager for a luxury auto dealer in Cary Autopark to get his recommendation. Without hesitation, he also recommended Dent Busters, as he had worked with them on several occasions over the 20 years and told me that they did excellent work. I left my car with Cary Collision and got it back in 5 working days. They removed head lights, tail lights, headliner, interior panels, hood insulation, and who knows what else to fix the dents, and the car (a 2017 Accord) looked brand new when I got it back. No rattles anywhere, either. Really top notch work. Oh, and my comprehensive insurance covered it 100%.

Stanley Wender: I dealt with Nikolay Klibson when I brought in my 2008 Nissan Maxima after a small fender bender.I wish my insurance had never sent me here because I couldn’t have had a worse experience.The small damage to my rear bumper looks worse than when I brought it in.There is a gap in the bumper that you can drive a MAC truck through and the color doesn’t even match.When I brought up these issues, Nikolay told me I was just seeing things and it was perfect. He told me that if I wanted it redone that I would have to pay out of pocket for the entire repair even though he already charged my insurance WAY more than I got quoted at another place after I suspected something was not right.This guy is a scammer!!! Fred S: Someone backed into my wives Lexus ES. Must have been a pickup truck because dented the area on the rear trunk lid. Dent was about five inches long but did not scrape the paint.
