Shannon Horton: Management here leaves everything to be desired. Never in my life have I had such an unprofessional experience with grown men. Pete is excellent at blowing smoke up yours in order to cover his, until it comes time to take responsibility for his employees. Absolutely zero ownership. A job that should have been done in ~30 days (per the shop) was drawn out to over 4 months, courtesy of Larry. The compensation that Pete believes is acceptable for the mishandling of the job is insulting. Parts of the repair weren't even done correctly the first time. My car looks great now (thanks only to my fiancé, who was working there and made sure to check in on the progress from time to time), but I do not recommend you bring your car here if you want the job done right the first time, in a timely manner, or if you would expect to be fairly compensated in the event of a shop error. Conveniently, my fiancé was fired 3 days after my confrontation with Pete. Do not bring your car here. For a small autobody work they are taking almost a month and postponed the date of delivery three times and still my car is not ready with no expected date of completion. The earlier bad reviews are real and think twice or thrice before you give your car to them. They have responded to earlier reviews promptly assuring to take care of the concerns in future but looks like they don't.Update 6/30/23: Until last week it was for non availability of parts. Now, they have postponed target date to 7/3. Parts arrived on last WednesdayFinally got my car on 7/3. Has done neat work and gave the car clean outside n inside too. Thank you! Thang Le: I had an appointment for an estimate at 2PM. I arrived at 2, checked in, and waited 30 minutes before someone comes out to look at the car. The person started asking how I'm paying. From my perspective, it doesn't matter as I needed to know how much it would cost to fix it even if I'd have to pay out of pocket. The person kept harping on how / who's paying. She goes back inside and starts complaining to a coworker about what a waste of time it would be to give an estimate. I got up and let the front desk person know to not worry about it. If they think giving an estimate for potential business is a waste of time then they should not be in business. The brief interaction I got gave me the impression of poor management and poor communication.

After having returned for repair, issue persists.Paint projections on plastic parts (not painted).Had to wait 45 min because the car was not ready whereas I received a notification saying that it was.

Helen Jimenez: Had my car there for a month and a half. While having my car there, it was STOLEN and then later found and returned back to shop. The car shop constantly lied and said they would scan my car for any more issues. They called me and said my car was good to go home. When i got my car back; dashboard still showed engine issues. I later went to auto zone to get my car scanned and it showed that they never addressed the engine issue in my car. These people returned a car back to me that was not running safely. They were all talk and no action throughout the whole process. The fact i got my car stolen in broad day light should be a bigger reason to not go there, a police report was filed for the incident. Glitz ByEssie: My experience with this shop was pretty shaky however I’m grateful for a fixed, running vehicle. I got into a car accident & my airbags had deployed, bumpers & windshield were messed up.I had my car towed from my home to their shop on March 2nd. I provided everything that was needed for my car except for the windshield & if he ever needed any other parts I would order them at the exact moment he would ask. My biggest issue with Mark was the communication. There were multiple times I would call/text just asking for an update (I would call every few weeks) & would get no answer for weeks at a time. I’m convinced he just recognized my number because when I didn’t receive a response I had a friend call from a different phone number & he answered right after not picking up mine & ended up giving her the update. He ended up returning my call that day to let me know my car needed another part (something that he could have let me know weeks ago if he kept up with updates) it just had me wondering if my friend never called him, how long would it have taken him to get back to me and let me know?Once the piece got delivered he told me that my car would be ready the following Tuesday. I stopped by the shop on Tuesday to see for myself & it indeed was NOT ready. I was highly frustrated & discouraged because I’m pregnant & was worried My car would not be ready on time for her arrival despite it being 2 months since my car has been at the shop. My boyfriend had to seriously break it down to him that his way of business was not okay & to give me a guaranteed date for myCar to be ready. He said between Friday & Monday it would be ready & on Tuesday May 4th we finally picked it up.My last issue is ANOTHER employee, not Mark, informed me on the day of pickup that the seatbelts, which locked into place at the time of the accident, weren’t installed because I was missing the pretensioners. This is definitely something that should have been communicated prior to because that is obviously a safety concern & I would have supplied them to be installed since I had already provided the seatbelts itself. I paid over $2000 for this service & Mark neglected to tell me that information.It’s been almost a month & my car is running smoothly & I feel safe enough to have my daughter in the car & that’s more than I can ask for. But please, work on communicating with your customers. They are who keep your business running & you will either lose them in the process or create great relationships & clientele.
Owen Beezley: My father took my truck up here 7 months ago, today I drove by to see if they had done anything to it yet, it just sits there on the curb outside the shop no work done what so ever!! What kind of business are you running that you just keep lying to people, my father has been given the run around by these fools and has been patient with them, finally he told me today he’s gonna get my truck sometime this week and take it somewhere else, I want my damn truck back!

Desikan Narayanan: So...I send in my Car on the 1st of Dec for a door malfunction due to being hit by debris...I was told there is no way they can say how long it will take (fair)... within a few days I got a call saying 'pay 200 apart from insurance and we will fix another issue' ... I declined...then started all the issues... first every timeline update turned out false. 1 week before Christmas I was told, we will definitely finish, the car just needs painting...the car did not come before Christmas...then just before new year the update was that a part was needed and will come on 5th Jan...as of last update, I still don't know if and when I will get my car back.Just plain horrible!!!Update: So team Gerber contacted me, apologized and did everything they could to get the car back...and I was truly impressed as they brought the car back to my house. Alas the joy was short-lived... The door sensors did not work and I had to drive the car back and then it was a day and some software update later that I truly had my car.With everything said...they did a good job. The car looked like new...all scratches were gone.

The “manager” Cliff has no clue what is going on is the biggest liar of them all. Gus is just absolutely worthless. Apparently he can’t read or use the phone so don’t bother leaving a detailed note of things to fix or expect a phone call back. I repeat do not go here.

I was introduced to Dan. He checked my car.Came back to me and mentioned his tactic to correct the situation. At that time, he introduced me to his manager Carrie. It was explained to me that a part was needed to fix the problem. My car was fixed within the week. I mentioned all of that to say this. I had to drive for 2 hours all the way back to pick up my car and return the rental car that I got from my insurance on Friday, very inconvenient. What was the text message that the car is ready in three weeks, a joke! They said is computer generated, ok make a lot of sense!!A week after, I found out that one piece from my car body trim (where the damage was) is missing. They forgot to put it back on! After checking on the internet, I found out it is called Cowl Side Cover. I had to order the piece myself because I don't have time to go back to the shop. They did not finish the job properly. Gerber has done this three times for me now. Fixing my truck after 2 passenger doors were totally wiped out by a hit and run, fixing it again after a small fender bender and recently taking care of my Porsche Boxster and making it beautiful again after someone hit it in the rear. The damage was so bad I knew the kid at the local car wash was not going to be able to "buff it out" and I suspected I would need to have the hood repainted. Chris examined the damage, measured the paint thickness on the hood and car and said he could fix it. Doug B: I took my recently purchased pre-owned Lexus to Chris of Nth Degree based on a recommendation. The work, care, effort and time he put forth shows. The exterior and interior detailing was first rate.That nagging dirt that builds up around the wheel lug nut recesses and is a pain to get 100% clean? No problem with Chris. The wheels alone now looked like they just came off the assembly line. That black plastic trim piece on a number of cars that runs under the exhaust? Completely treated and looks like it was when the car rolled off the assembly line, flawless. The interior? Not a spec of dust. I have two dogs. Had some dog hairs in places I could not easily access. Gone now. Seats and trim? A+, the seat belts were even cleaned. T F: I brought my car to Chris because while I was in Florida a painter was spray painting equipment in my daughters neighborhood and got over spray on my 2017 Honda Civic Coupe Touring. I brought it to a detailer in Florida and not only did he not get all the over spay off he put swirl marks all over the car. You'll probably also notice a theme - clients who have had their expectations exceeded...Add me to that list because I can't say enough positive things about the paint correction Chris performed on my new car. New car? Yes brand new car...Many people think a new car needs nothing and should be good to go straight off the lot. Nothing could be further from the truth.In my case, the dealership had "washed" the vehicle plenty of times either using an improper method with dirty rags or I couldn't even guess what they used based on how bad the spider webbing and marring was. Needless to say, I couldn't start life with my new ride like that, so I contacted Chris with Nth Degree. Chris was very honest about what he thought was needed and I could see he was passionate about the work, so I scheduled an appointment.Today I picked up the vehicle and you can probably read the newspaper off of the paint's reflection. All the swirls, spiderwebs, marring - gone. I was expecting to have to wax the car when I got home and clean the wheels too since I only asked for a paint correction. Chris took care of that and more. Scott Wajda: After purchasing a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Ultimate, we had a laundry list of cosmetic and cleanliness issues with the vehicle. Ranging from headliner stains, heavy dust/smoker residue, leather seat wear-and-tear, and various other nagging issues, we knew we had our hands full and needed to utilize a professional.We reached out to Chris at Nth degree to get a quote. He was up front about things he could not do or was cautious to do (repair a cigarette burn hole in the headliner, and steam clean the headliner, respectively). Otherwise, to do a full-blown interior and exterior detail, the price was more than reasonable.Our goal was to have this new-to-us car returned to us feeling like a fresh set of wheels that had not been previously owned. Chris not only met, but far surpassed, this expectation and goal. What he turned over to us was a vehicle that looked and felt brand-spanking new. There wasn't a single speck of remaining evidence that this was a pre-owned vehicle (beyond the remaining burn hole). Ken Yu: Highly recommended and I trust no one else to touch any of my vehicles except for Nth Degree Auto Detailing, LLC.I currently own a black 2017 Chevrolet Silverado LT crew cab 4X4 as my daily driver with 32K mileage. Paint looked great when I bought it from the dealer a few months ago up until I ran it through a touchless car wash a couple times. Evidently, it stripped off quite a bit of wax that the dealer used and revealed disturbing swirl marks and scratches all over. I was very disappointed because of the blemishes considering the price I paid for the vehicle.I initially went with a detail shop in Apex for a so-called paint correction and ceramic coating. It was a huge mistake. They did a terrible job. It turned out looking hazy like it had holograms all over the clear coat and the actual coating covered maybe half of the paint surfaces if even that. Service was terrible and I had to fight with the owner to repair the damage they did. I was furious indeed. The owner was very rude and confrontational and I was an extremely dissatisfied customer.Contacted a few other detailers. Spoke with Chris and found that he is not only very professional but he has exceptional knowledge and experience with regards to auto detailing. Chris performed a true paint correction and ceramic coating which far exceeded my expectations. The results are absolutely stunning to the point where my co-workers and friends are left speechless. I don't even know how else to describe it but my clear coat looks like glass.I have been in contact with Chris on a regular basis for his expertise and advice. Excellent communication. He treats my vehicle as if he owned it. I brought my truck to him this afternoon for what he calls a maintenance wash. However, in my most honest opinion, I personally would classify it more as a fine exterior detail. Again, highly recommended and thank you again Chris for the excellent 5-star service!

Between the both of them, they have over 30 years of experience in this industry.I have been a customer since 2016 and have never looked back. I have seen some reviews mentioning price, but let's be honest...today the cheapest car you're going to get is $20K and enthusiasts will spend more. If people are willing to buy something they love, then taking care of it just makes sense. For the work Chris does in my opinion, the price is VERY reasonable. Especially after taking the class and talking with him.My advice to new customers that are on the fence is to allow him to detail your car once and when you see what your car looks like when you return, well the work will speak for itself and more!I also recommend that when Chris does these classes, more people attend. Chris wants car owners to learn how to properly maintain their vehicles so that they aren't spending thousands on paint correction every 6 months.Bottom line, more businesses and owners need to be like this one!

Kent Latimer: I own a 2017 Ram 2500 Power Wagon, and it is Black Crystal Pearlcoat in color, which means you can see every single blemish or scratch or speck of dirt on it at all times.I first met Chris at Nth Degree Auto Detailing a couple of years ago when I hired him to polish out holograms from my paint due to a repair paint job performed by a national collision company. The overspray of clear coat and bad polish job by the collision center resulted in a ton of holograms throughout the driver side of the truck.Chris at Nth degree Auto Detailing meticulously polished and sealed my trucks paint after the paint had cured, which resulted in a perfect, blemish free finish on my truck. It was absolutely amazing!A year later my truck was practically totalled in a collision. Once repaired, and once the newly painted portions of the truck were cured, I again took it to Nth Degree Auto Detailing, and Chris again restored mytruck to its original blemish free state, and again the finish was absolutely impeccable! I laughed inside and felt a little bad.Some background: until recently, I haven't taken great care of my cars. I get the maintenance, but rarely clean them. However, when it comes time to sell it, I take it to Chris for a pre-sale detail. It goes in looking like a hobo slept there and comes out looking as good as new.The most recent detail is a particularly good example of Chris's work, and is why I'm posting this review. The car was our shuttle for 2 Corgis. To illustrate how bad the shedding is, we keep lint rollers at every door, in each car, and at work. I wish I had a before picture of the fabric. It was awful. I tried going at it with a shop vac and it didn't make a dent in the fur-carpet.When I got it back, there wasn't a single hair left. Even turning on the heat, none blew out of the vents. #mindblownNow that I'm getting nicer cars, I've gotten other services from Chris as well. He did paint correction on my Tesla, and has given me advice for what products to use to keep it looking good, and where to go for the best PPF application. The best thing about him is he's always honest. He's talked me out of using his services when they wouldn't make sense for my situation.Highly recommend Chris's services!

I talked with Cary Collision Center about repairing it, and they told me that they worked in conjunction with Dent Busters in the Cary Autopark when doing this type of work. I called a longtime friend who is sales manager for a luxury auto dealer in Cary Autopark to get his recommendation. Without hesitation, he also recommended Dent Busters, as he had worked with them on several occasions over the 20 years and told me that they did excellent work. I left my car with Cary Collision and got it back in 5 working days. They removed head lights, tail lights, headliner, interior panels, hood insulation, and who knows what else to fix the dents, and the car (a 2017 Accord) looked brand new when I got it back. No rattles anywhere, either. Really top notch work. Oh, and my comprehensive insurance covered it 100%.
