Lauren Salamino: The most darling store for little ones’ clothes, accessories, toys, and more! They have a HUGE selection of items; it’s the perfect place to buy a gift for a baby shower or new baby. Plus they have a small play area to keep the kiddos entertained while mom shops! The sweet ladies working there are always so helpful and kind. Shopping here always makes my mama heart so happy! :)

Tamera Williams: Be careful when buying baby food/nursery water. Bought the “Baby Well” water brand for my nephew and he started throwing up after h his feeding. Looked at the bottle and the expiration date was 4/30/21!! Why would they sell expired water for babies!!! But beware!
Sapir Nedivi: Yesterday my husband and I were in BuyBuyBaby in Market Center Drive, Morrisville, NC. The service was amazing! Very helpful and patient, they answered all our questions and helped us with the decisions. At the beginning they helped with the registry and set up all the things we needed for that.I want to particularly mention Deborah. She helped us a lot and showed us all the necessary items that we need to buy. We were at the store multiple times throughout the last month, and had a lot of questions, and each time Deborah was very aptient with us and answered all our questions while guiding us. This is our first new born and we didn’t prepare and we were a bit panicked. She was very knowledgeable and professional and made our shopping experience so much easier. She went above and beyond! We will certainly go back to that store!
Alanna Howard Garrison: This is why retail isn’t dead. Had trouble with online and phone customer service for a delayed furniture order. Came in and met with Debra the assistant store manager and she handled our problem, even going above and beyond when the corporate customer service agent couldn’t help. Definitely will be back. Really appreciate her thoroughness.

harriethespy: I just want to start off by saying I know it’s Christmas Eve. And I know store hours vary around the holidays. But when you website site says 12-6 and you have printed and hand written sign the says 12-6 for 12/24 Christmas Eve. I expect the it would be open. I drove all the way to morrisville to pick up my online order that said it would be ready for pick up 12/24 and the store was closed. I get a lot of stores have staffing issues. People quit, they don’t show up, or they just don’t care. I get it. I work retail and I know that things happen. This was the only day I had to do last minute pick ups. So what’s upsetting is even if you had the slightest capability to do only curbside pick up that would have been appreciated. Or maybe just an email or phone call saying the store would be closed for those who did have online orders to pick up. Just an inconvenience.

NASA: My husband and I went to look for a stroller for our granddaughter. Kristin came and answered all the questions for us and helped us pick out the best stroller for our needs. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She actually went over and above. Kristin made our shopping experience such a pleasure, Buy Buy Baby is very lucky to have someone like Kristin in there Morrisville store. We will certainly go back and recommend this store
Sanda Markovic Marchant: Don’t buy things from here or register here. We bought an item and we were promised that it will arrive during standard shipping time 7-10 days. Our order got canceled without anyone telling us ( I saw it on my credit card statement ) after which I reached out to buy buy baby customer service. They literally couldn’t care less about the issue and just offered to completely cancel without possibility of delayed delivery ( which was going to be 2 months wait )I then called the store to see can we find an item from any locations near by and was told nothing can be done and this is hard item to get. Associate offered to call me when item gets back in stock so I can pick it up and his manger didn’t allow him to do so.We were able to place an order from the actual manufacturer and we got it in less than a week.

Maria Sanchez: The staff must really hate their job, there is never a hello when you walk in or even as you go up to the cashier to pay.We drive a bit to get here and it sucks since this one is the closet to me.On our first time here a guy asked if we needed help and we kindly said no thank you since we are only looking and he gave me a nasty annoyed look. Please train the staff better!!!
Ellen Frost: This is the only store in the area where you can really see all the options in-person for strollers and car seats. These items are such an investment and I really appreciate being able to touch and feel them before purchase. Shannon is also the best sales associate there is. Knowledgeable, helpful and fair. I’ve specifically bought a stroller and car seat that I love almost solely based on his recommendations!
Dylan Christiano: Shannon is my HERO. I have never had such a fantastic customer service experience. Shannon was so knowledgable about everything strollers & car seats! He helped my mom and I pick out the perfect stroller and car seat set, and gave us a great deal on them to boot, THEN helped us figure out how to fit it in my moms tiny car! He really went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful.
Prathyusha Kalluru: I went to this store twice and unfortunately there is this same lady called Stephanie at the billing. She just tests our patience each time we go. I am not sure if she is new over there but at least she doesn’t know anything about the registry or how to use the coupons or to do the returns. Both the times, she took a lot of time and then she had to call someone for the help. And unfortunately this is the only nearest buy buy any store.
Catherine Brown: Shannon is the BEST. He is knowledgeable, when it comes to helping customers select the right stroller. Like many other customers, we greatly appreciated his insight and patience. He was very helpful and ultimately, I feel like we made the right selection all because of Shannon!
Christen Martinson: Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! From the manager Ashley all the way down to their workers. I purchased over $2,500 in baby future which arrived damaged wood on some pieces were completely split. So I drove an hour and a half to this location for a replacement crib which I was told was checked. It wasn’t I got home and it was not only damaged but had paint marks where they tried to cover the damages. So I called them they had one more in stock so I drove again an hour and a half one way to get the third crib. I asked to look at it myself and they made me open the box outside on the curb in the rain 34 weeks pregnant. Nothing but attitudes from all three associates that helped because they knew they failed to do their jobs when asked to look at the furniture. Michelle even told me I ordered a crib from Vietnam what did I expect. The worst part was the RACIST cashier Lester!!! I had other customers come up to me and say how said it was that we were being treated that way!

Latoya Anderson: Had a terrible experience while shopping with my Friend today. This location had so many issues w/ signing! My friend purchased 2 marvel items that were signed BOGO 1/2. The manger said that was not correct because only Disney was half off (I think we all see the obvious issues here) but ok. I had an item that was listed on sale (I always take a picture so the worker never has to walk) the manger said it was not for the item listed! I walked him over to the ENTIRE display and he said “ok but that’s not that item” he did not honor the price, move the incorrect sign, or the items 🤦🏾♀️ And stores wonder why people just shop online.

Brett Thomas: This review is for targets clothes alone. DO NOT BUY ANY BELTS/CLOTHING FROM HERE!!! I've NEVER had such poorly made clothing as I've bought from target. I will NEVER buy ANY clothing from target ever again. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY CLOTHING FROM TARGET!!!!! Belts literally fall apart. Pants also literally fall apart by the threads the more you wash them, and shoes are the WORST pair of shoes I've ever had the displeasure of wearing.
Ladystardust04: I love this Target but some complaints. They are very often out of stock of a lot of items. I assume because it gets really busy here which brings me to my next point- I would very much recommend not going during peak hours especially on the weekend because it gets super busy. Be prepared to be patient in a long self checkout line when it’s busy lol. Other than that, it’s a great Target.

Cary Target needs to retrain it’s employees on good customer service.

MedicalMansion: Sincerely I mean this, you have the worst produce section and meat section of any prime target inside North Carolina here.Not only is produce very limited here, there is maybe 20 square feet dedicated to produce and meatsYour management should be absolutely embarrassed because your staff just walks around on their phones texting. They have no motivation to do better or even care for their jobs because managers aren’t even seen on the floor.This is in a prime location of crossroads 20 plaza and by comparison, the location in apex, blows this out of the water. Worlds difference.get fresh energy in there and a management who can lead by example.
Jessica Crossley: Just another Target. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because they never have enough registers open. They funnel everyone through self-checkout and it creates a super long line that everyone has to wait in every single time. With as much money as Target makes, they need to hire just a couple more people to work registers so everyone isn't forced to wait 20 minutes in the self-checkout line.
