laura gallo: I was looking for a Cascade Falls Cypress Tree and called there on my way from Southern Pines to Cary and the lady on the phone checked and they had one so I went in to Garden Supply. What an AMAZING place with AMAZING people. I have been gardening over 40 years and been to many nurseries, greenhouses, etc. and had never seen anywhere but here that had such a variety and selection and top quality products. Everyone there that I spoke to or that spoke to me first we're so wonderful. Very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. I drove an hour to get here and if you're thinking of going and your drive is over an hour it's well worth the trip believe me. This place does not disappoint. Thank you so much to everyone at Garden Supply that helped me today. This is my one stop shop from here on in!
M R: Third time visiting this place and every single time, I get the iciest reception. People who obviously work there and pass by me completely ignore me. When I try to catch one of them to ask a question, they turn away. Every. Single. Time. But when a couple of white customers walked by, they immediately get asked if they needed help. I know racism when I see it, and it was so apparent the staff favored certain “types” only. When I picked up several things to purchase and one or 2 of the workers clearly saw that I obviously needed help, like, right in plain sight in front of the checkout area, I got ignored. Only one person today finally offered to briefly help. I really shouldn’t have purchased anything with that kind of treatment but that one lady associate helped me change my mind, but I will NEVER go back. The icing on this horrible experience is the cashier barely said anything to me and didn’t offer any help to bring my purchases to my car. Just handed me my receipt as I thanked her inspire of her rude behavior. They are also way overpriced! I like supporting local businesses but these people are not worth it!

Professor Mom: Drove from Clayton to visit this garden center after a friend told us about how nice of a store it is. It did not disappoint! Audrey that works in the houseplant area was LOVELY!! She was not only a joy to talk to but extremely knowledgeable and patient as we figured out what would work best for us. Great experience!!

Nick Leger: This place is great. Every time I go in here (usually Saturday at noon) the place is very busy - but somehow, someone is always nearby to introduce themselves and ask if I need help (which I always take them up on). You can walk aimlessly around Lowes Depo and save a few bucks, or you can be guided around by friendly, knowledgeable staff and leave with beautiful plants and the know-how to ensure they flourish. I also had a large Arborvitae that died about a year after planting. They quickly provided a plant swap with similar but something a little better for the spot I had it in, and that one looks great 6 months in. Highly recommend giving them a visit!

(Worth noting - they have a TON of staff, so you’re not trying to find someone to help like you would at a big box store).Audrey and the GSC in Cary are hands down worth your time and money (if you so choose to buy from them).Awesome balance of practical plants and the more “unique” plants. If you go the “splurge” route, know that I’ve personally never felt more like my money was being well spent.And they’ll re-pot for a nominal fee using custom potting blends (for as cheap as you’d buy the soil).12/10 would recommend.

An employee named Suzie was pruning flowers/plants happily in the rain. She offered me an umbrella to use while I was shopping. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. CHECKThe staff are ALL beyond friendly.Jason saved the day with teaching me the differences of different fertilizers, and the importance of certain pots for certain plants. I was able to walk away with the absolute perfect pot for my African violet at home and also the best fertilizer for my succulents! Shannon was also extremely helpful with signing me up for a discount at the register and finding the perfect holder for my boyfriends lucky bamboo.I ‘accidentally’ got lost and ended up in the boutique section where my boyfriend found me… with a coffee in hand. So, apparently they have coffee too! Truly, what don’t they have?The store is sprinkled with so many different sections of healthy plants. annie kimura: Finally posting my review from a few months ago. Nursery has great selection although way over priced. I ended up buying so many plants because the employee (Susie I think). Wish they had name tags. She literally spent an hour with my husband and I as we told her all of our plans and our wish list. She was able to take into consideration all of our very picky needs. She sold us the right plants that worked with our lifestyle and ability to find plants that were drought tolerant, didn't require constant trimming and that were hardy but beautiful. We got plants and shrubs for 4 areas of our front and back yard. She explained exactly how to plant and how to take care of and when to fertilize and prune. She typed all the notes on her phone and we took screen shots. She even told us to call her f we had questions when we got to planting them and maintaining them. She seemed to take pride in her job and had a constant smile you could tell she really loved helping people enjoy their landscape. We will be back as long as we have people like Susie that have the knowledge and patience to deal with garden newbies. Even with prices being double or triple what u can get at big box stores. That knowledge and her attitude made a world of difference. Thanks to Susie for all your help

Commodity Management: These guys have this down to a tee. It’s essentially a drive thru mulch facility. I was thrown off at first, trying to park and go inside the office. Nope. Just pull your truck up, pick a pile, get loaded up, go to the window and pay. Really efficient. The lady at the window was super nice, the boss/manager thanked me for my business TWICE, the young attendant explained more to me about mulch than any big box store worker could have. Their supplier was running behind so it backed up their deliveries all day. I think it was Lauren that called and let me know the delay but eventually worked it out to get the mulch delivered after closing time. Colin the driver was great despite having to work late.I have to add that the quality of the mulch was nearly perfect. I've ordered from other places before and the mulch had trash in it or wasn't finely shredded. I didn't see a single piece of trash or even chunks of wood. These two kids rode by on hover boards while I was spreading it and one said to the other, "wow, that mulch looks good." Can't make this stuff up.If I could put 6 stars I would. Great job 👍

Rodney: So I have had Eco Pro Mulch come out to my home over the past 3 or 4 years. The guys that come out did a great job. This year I reached out to Eco Pro Mulch to have mulch put out on an area in the back of my yard. I tried to get this scheduled 2 months ago. I made several calls to them trying to get placed on their schedule. Each time I called they would say they would try to get to it this week or early next week or they would tell me they have a truck down or staff was out sick. Well, the weeks have turned into months now and still no mulch. I have called several times and left messages and no one has called me back. I will say that my job is a smaller job than most of their jobs. However, they were great in doing it in past years. I am very disappointed in their lack response. I am also saddened in having to write this review as they have been such good folks to work with in past years.
Matt Abramson: I typically don’t give reviews, but this is a 5 ⭐️ business. We just had 30 yards of mulch installed in less than 2 hours, which included clean-up. We didn’t exactly know how much we needed, but after speaking with Caroline (I believe), they decided to bring 40 yards, just in case. They only charged us for what they installed, which is awesome. It would have taken me a week to put out this much mulch and probably at least one trip to the chiropractor. Their cost breakdown is also very competitive, if not far superior to any other company you will ever find. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and a contractor who is in the process of remodeling our bathroom. Thanks again! I will be a repeat customer.

Scheduling was easy and Caroline was a pleasure to work with. The guys were professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

David Pierce: Extremely kind owners running an efficient business. Each time I called, the phone was immediately answered with quick answers to my questions. I scheduled a mulch delivery for Friday afternoon. He arrived promptly and made the drop exactly where I needed it. The mulch was triple-shredded hardwood of high quality. I would highly recommend EcoPro and will absolutely use them again.
Sam Bigelow: The triple shredded hardwood was of very good quality and among lowest costs from quotes. For considerably less than others charge to spred mulch, in short order a uniform bed was laid down with the blower truck. I didn't have to move 70 wheelbarrows, and neither did anyone else push those across my yard. This was no impact to the lawn, and care was taken not to bury small annuals. Will definitely use them again!

Joe Bauschka: Company was super helpful and nice. They had a solid selection of Flagstone to choice from. At the end of the project I had way too much crush rock and screening left in my driveway without a way to get rid of it. I offered to pay them to come pick up the balance and I would even shovel it into their trailer, but could never get them to call me back.
Aruna Gorusupudi: This company delivered Mulch and Topsoil/Compost on the same day and charged me delivery fees twice. The mulch was OK, but their soil has a lot of brick pieces, stones, big twigs. No plants are growing in the soil. Useless soil
Todd Jasper: Triangle Landscape Supplies in Apex delivered and installed 10 cubic yards of mulch. From start to finish, very professional. The install crew were VERY detailed and neat treating my lawn as if it were their own yard. Will definitely contact them again for futures projects.
Haley Reeder: We have had a wonderful experience with Triangle Landscape Supplies in Apex! My boyfriend and I did some research and compared local companies that supply gravel for some work we're doing in our backyard and decided on this company, and we don't regret our choice at all. The woman I spoke to on the phone to place the order was incredibly helpful and efficient, and we were able to receive our delivery less than a week after I placed the order. The morning of our delivery I received a call from a gentleman at the company, and 20 minutes later we received our gravel! The delivery driver was friendly, professional and SO fast! You could tell he had done this before, and it was cool to watch the unloading process. If we need gravel or anything else for our yard, Triangle Landscape Supplies will be our first stop!

LM G: This is an edit to my roginal review:Any person wanting to do business with this company just needs to look at the company's response to see how aggressive, and condescending their behavior is. It is clearly evident on their website as well. I already spent a considerable amount of time tyring to set up an account only to be met with this type of behavior. I called and tried to have a meaningful conversation regarding their policies. I was told they did not want my business and thus I moved on to using a different company. Their portrayl of events it fictitious and not accurate. And all of our paperwork is and was in order. I have no desire to speak to your owner, especially after you caustic response and personal attack in your google response. You have multiple negative reviews in the last few months and it is telling.Rude, Ignorant and Condescending. Do yourself a favor and shop at a more reputable landscaping distributor or Southern Stone Supply they are much cheaper, easier to work with and they have exemplary customer service. TLS is nothing but rude, with zero customer service skills. And their Apex yard is empty, lacking inventory. It looks more like a wasteland than a landscaping yard. I found my supplies for more than $50/pallet cheaper. I spoke to a person named Brian who did nothing but speak over me, and ignore everything I said. This place is rife with ignorance. And they do not care about your business. Shop in a place where you are respected and treated decently, never settle for less. What took me numerous phone calls and angst with TLS and it was never completed, took me 5 minutes with Southern Stone Supply.
Jenny Patterson: We have only ordered stone from this company but both orders were dumped in a pile spilling everywhere. The first time left us with lots of broken stone. We were assured the second delivery would be different. We have a mountain of stone and twisted metal instead. They may be fine for other services but we are NOT going to be using them for stone again. Going with other companies that neighbors use who deliver the pallets of stones standing upright which is the state ours were purchased in prior to delivery. They don't seem to have the proper equipment for this type of material delivery. This delivery method works well for rock piles and mulch which the company also carries but not for stacked stone. I'm sure the company does well with the other loose materials and deliveries but I cannot speak for those since I do not have that experience.

oliver massey: I had picked up a load of river rock (happy with product) but ended up leaving with multiple damaged areas to my NEW truck, which my truck did not have a single scratch or dent to it when arriving there.I also had grayish-blue residue marks on my paint but was easily removed, which was caused by stone residue/dust on the forklift and/or pallet rubbing against my truck.After notifying TLS, Peter (owner) had reached out to let me know that he had reviewed the video footage and cannot see how his staff could've damaged it.I had explained that a member of his team was kicking the pallet, while the forklift was going back and forth over my tailgate. I had asked the employees to stop and not worry about the remaining stone stuck, but they were persistent to get all of it.I had provided Peter with an estimate from a local auto body shop, he had said he would accept responsibility for only $200 but not the whole amount; he said this was out of good faith.Peter had then texted me an image of my truck leaving that day and stated he couldn’t see any damage. It was an angle view and far away.I had then requested multiple times for full payment of repairs so Peter said he would check with his insurance company, which he did not, but instead, he had sent me an image of "new" signage stating TLS is not responsible for any damage from the loading of stone and soil products into pickup trucks, cars, etc...Peter told me that I should’ve check my truck before I had left and then they would’ve accepted responsibility…pushing blame on the customer, as he did to another customer in a review below.From my experience, I feel this business is not customer focus and this issue is still not resolved.
Randy Owens: I've bought mulch and stone from these guys for years at their various sites. I mainly shop the Apex site now. Never had any issues. Always good quality material and courteous employees. I particularly like that the Apex site has now paved the loading yard. Makes it cleaner for access and just an overall better experience!

Kenneth Buchanan: I just had 5 CY of slate #57 rock dropped off and am extremely pleased with the entire process. If you're in the market for stone or mulch, look no further. Their onsite selection is huge and easily to get to via Google Maps. The order process was seamless, and the delivery experience exceptional. I was notified when I ordered it, and then a week before the delivery, of what to expect when they arrive. It amounted to, "no cars in the driveway, please." I was prepared as directed and the drop-off took less than 15 minutes. The few employees and/or managers and/or owners that I interacted with were all extremely courteous, personable and knowledgeable. This was a great first purchase from TLS and they have earned my business for the next project, whatever it may be!
Anne Ross: Called today for mulch delivery this week before the rain hits next week and was told they were booked until next week. But Mike spent some time with the schedule and was able to work me in for saturday! I got their triple shredded mulch a couple years ago and it was beautiful, so I know I'm getting a great product and they are easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Jacob Jernigan: Not very happy with my experience. I went in to get 3 and 1/2 yards of 57 stone and was loaded with a 1 cubic yard bucket that was 1/2 - 3/4 of the way full each scoop and only 3 and 1/2 scoops were dumped in my trailer. Obviously I did not have enough material to finish my job and had to waste time and money going back to get 2 more yards where the same thing happened again!
John Sykes: The owner, Jeff, personally delivered my landscape materials to my home. He went above and beyond my expectations by delivering a very heavy landscape rock to the exact location on my property. It was a very good experience. I am looking forward to using their other landscaping services in the near future.

MGP: So great prices, mulch quality was really good and a friendly owner. I rated 4 star due to the location. It’s behind a car salvage yard that you have to drive through to get to the Capital Mulch area. Car salvage yards are kind of trashy if you have not driven through one. Just know it’s off the beaten path so to speak if you are picking up the mulch yourself. Would definitely return though.

I sent a picture of the area that need it mulch and they calculated the number of yards needed. On installation date, delivery truck arrived on time, and 30 min later the installation crew arrived. They work fast without disrupting me or my neighbors. I'll buy my mulch again next year with this company. They had more competitive prices than the one provided by my gardener.
