Mike Bynum: I had a good experience. Make sure your Doctor's office sent the order or you have the paper MD order. Bring your id, insurance card, & credit card. Check in with the kiosk ( easy ) and get called for testing. The receptionist and lab tech. were polite and even though there were 8 people in the waiting room, it went smoothly for me. Total 30 minutes and I was out of there. You can make an appointment online or walk in is fine.

Just brought my daughter, whom I made an appt for and clearly stated PEDIATRIC APPT, fasting and the phlebotomist is NOT certified for pediatric appt. What?? This is very inconsiderate and disrespectful. I took a day off from work, my daughter missed therapies and is starving. Labcorp needs to do a better job at this. Very disappointed and frustrated!

The staff was nice and courteous, but that doesn't make up for me wasting my time and being unable to get my blood work done - causing me to then have to reschedule my doctors visit.

Greg Plunkett: Went a week ago and “our printer is broken”.Then came back when told to. Got there early so I could get in and out. Then told “we don’t do those tests until 10 am.” No signs about that posted anywhere and called multiple times. None of that information was communicated via there automated phone system.
Kat M: In and out quickly. The male lab tech was unfriendly and crabby, grabbed the paperwork out of my hands and barked a couple of orders at me. He didn’t even say hello. I guess only taking a few minutes to get this done is more important than having a pleasant technician, so the three stars are for speed of service. (Zero stars for the crabby asshat).

Rogan Foulis: Was in and out in 5 minutes flat even though I was 10 minutes early - just make sure once you check in to go to their waiting area in the back since the text notifications don't work.I went at 1:30 with an appointment, and was very happy with how fast it was, especially since I wasted an hour at the one just down the road only for them not to have the blood draw kits.
Stephanie Jones: I had to get some bloodwork completed. They were very responsive and saw me within 30 minutes. I was a little tired and the process was taking longer than I had planned and I passed during the blood draw. The ladies at Labcorp were super sweet. I felt so embarrassed but they said I did everything well and were very reassuring. I know they have different staff for different shifts but these ladies were compassionate and supportive. Healthcare procedures can be really stressful so it's great to see such caring healthcare workers do a great job and tell you it's okay to be human.

Kristen Klett: This is more a review of Labcorp’s system for making appointments and checking in - not of the personnel. From my phone, computer, and tablet- the online appointment system failed at the confirmation step and told me “something went wrong”. So I decided to go into the site and see if I could speak to someone. There are kiosks where you can check in, but those returned the same errors. There is a person behind a locked door who comes out to take folks back. Though the system indicated it was failing, apparently, it had taken my info. Super confusing experience overall that took far more time than I think is acceptable. If you need testing, I suggest going to a different site.

Smoky Yan: This is an odd lab with extremely poor services. Even oddly, they lost my blood test results! Both my doctor and myself have been contacting the lab to track down my lab result with them yet with no luck-they simply are not responsive. Wonder how they survive.
Susan L: My father (~80yr old with leg injury) went to this site to have his blood drawn by his doctor's order. We checked at the kiosk successfully and received text messaging to proceed with the blood drawn. Then this lady staff came out and very rudely ordered us to go to another site as she could "see" us in the system - she didn't ask my dad's name nor check! Then she slapped the door shut. The second time when she was out, we handed over the lab test copy and asked her to please check, and again, she didn't even glimpse at the lab order and demanded we just find another Labcorp site. My father had to drag his limped leg to another site for this routine blood draw - it's so ridiculous. I haven't seen such a hostile and disrespectful staff ever in any patient care settings. This site deserves a zero or minus score for how they treat patients/people. Please DON"T go to this site whatsoever. Staff like that should be fired, period.

Jelly Bean: The worst experience I’ve had in a long time. The lady at the front had an exceptionally rude attitude. I came in on time but because she wasn’t at the front when I made it in, she told me I couldn’t get my drug screening that day. Then, she gave me a paper with other locations that close at 4. I confirmed with her that any location on the sheet would be viable just so I wouldn’t waste any more time. I tried calling ahead but their phone system is just as bad as their service, so I couldn’t get ahold of the office. When I showed up at the next location from the paper the lady provided, they informed me that they did not even do drug screening at the location. The rest of the locations were closing before I could make it, so I had to forgo the drug screening for the day, but my employer gave me a deadline for the day. Overall terrible experience…
Shahab nazariadli: My experience was not good at all. There was a lady working when I cam in and said hi, she did not even respond. During the specimen collection she was treating me like I owe her something. If I was her boss I would have definitely set up a meeting with her and teach her how to treat clients.

David Woods: Waited over an hour and 15 minutes to be seen after my scheduled appointment time. They only had ONE person working for that amount of time. The employee was great but obviously severley understaffed. Where is all that insurance and copay money going to? Not to pay for staff, that is for sure. They didn't even have someone at reception. Just a little kiosk. Shame on management and corporate for their poor staffing practices. Will not be recommending Quest to anyone who values their time and money. American healthcare...what a joke.
Marie Ange Richard: I strongly encourage people to not come here. My husband and I have been here, once each, both on separate dates. In the end, we both left in an excruciating amount of pain. While I stopped feeling pain in a few days, my husband has nerve damage and his arm goes numb frequently. He can't do his job properly due to this. The nurses there can't seem to be able to do their jobs properly either, which makes me wonder if they got their license from one of those fake schools...
Alex Cernac: I went to Quest Diagnostics to have both blood and urine sampled. The automated check in system was easy to use and and the wait time was as promised. I had made an appointment prior to the visit and that probably helped. It was a Friday morning and the number of clients might have been on the lesser side, but the office was not crowded and we were able to space ourselves out, which in 2023 is still a concern for some. The Phlebotomist was very professional, polite and thoroughly explained everything that was being done and why. There was only minor discomfort from the blood draw, despite having six samples collected. She was very good about checking the veins and allowed me my choice of arms for the draw. She asked how I was doing during the draw and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being during the procedure.
Sal Bova: The only people who need your card information now, then RANDOMLY try to charge you over a month later. I'm giving you my card to charge me now, because I have the money NOW.
Don: Front desk lady wasn't courteous at all, and was on her phone the whole time. Marsha (the lady drawing my blood) seemed to have an attitude, and never told me I could have a sit...had me standing the whole time, while she looked for the order sent over from my doctor. I was so unpleased that I started writing my review while waiting for Marsha to draw my blood...I believe she saw it on my phone, which led to her changing her attitude and started to be friendly towards the end. Needless to say, I'm pretty sure I won't be returning to this location due to the professionalism that was displayed.
Alissa Johnson: I literally have the tiniest veins ever and it’s always hard for anyone to collect a blood sample from me. Well that’s not the case for Ms. Jocelyn she always gets my blood on the first try with out poking me several times and on top of that she’s very sweet. Plus there’s never a wait when I come and the lady at the front desk is always polite. I definitely recommend this location if you need any testing done!

I was a walk in for bloodwork on a Friday before lunch, had hardly any wait and a friendly staff.Edit: for a Quest center, this is still a very nice one. However, it took months to obtain results from simple blood work and neither my insurance nor I can get in contact with anyone from Quest (local or otherwise) to fix their error in submitting the claim to the wrong address so that my insurance can pay it. The end of the phone tree for "billing" simply disconnects the line rather than connecting with a department.

sudarshan nc: I walked-in to the cary facility to carry out a blood work for my 14 month old during these covid times. I was nervous since our previous attempt to draw samples at a different facility was a failure. We were called in within 2 mins. The staff members were truly amazing. The lady who took the blood work did an awesome job. She was really efficient and seemed highly experienced handling kids. My kid cried and freaked out but the lady politely called another nurse to console her by playing her favorite song on youtube. Another staff members too chimed in to console my kid. Overall, we had a positive experience and are so thankful to the staff members of this location. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Anne Marie La Lumia: This location has the most incompetent, unhelpful staff and service that I have ever experienced. I drove 50 minutes to get to this location from where I live. I was getting a blood draw for some in-depth health screening. I was needle stuck 4 times, by two different staff members! Three of which included digging around to try and get the vein. Topping it off I left WITHOUT the test being completed because the staff was unable to get the blood drawn! DO NOT go to this location if you want to be treated respectfully by a competent staff.
Myrisha Goodson: I cannot say enough positive things about an employee at this location, Jocelyn, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me retrieve my lab results! I ordered a test myself, paid for it on line, but then getting the results was a nightmare! You cannot get a live person on the phone, so unless I had come across this amazing person I would have NEVER gotten my test results!!! No stars for Quest...5 stars for Jocelyn!!!

Whitney Smith: 3/9/2020 - i tried to email the address provided in your response but it keeps getting bounced back.10/14 I had my blood taken, which was supposed to be a quick and easy procedure. All was well with scheduling the appointment online, checking in and waiting. It was great when I was called back to the room for the blood draw but it took a sudden turn when the needle was stuck in my arm. I have never EVER experience pain like I did this day. I have had several blood draws in my life but never once have they felt as painful as this. I am very grateful that it only took seconds to fill the tube, but it sure felt like minutes. The needle was removed but the pain continued. At the time I didn't say anything or make any comments because I thought this was maybe "normal" or ok - LESSON LEARNED, ALWAYS SAY SOMETHING!!!!!! I am on month number 3 and I still cant use my arm fully. I've had a doctor look at it and an ultrasound done to make sure there was no hematomas or phlebitis - luckily it is believed to just be nerve and vein damage and it will eventually heal but this entire situation was completely avoidable. There is no reason the person that took my blood this day should be taking blood ever again without additional training. I hope and pray no one else has been affected because it is not fun having to baby your arm for months, due to something as simple a bad phlebotomist.

I and another person arrived at the Draw Station at approximately 4:45 (based on the published 7:00AM to 5:00PM hours of operation). Forty minutes of driving wasted, and then another trip tomorrow.Correct your hours of operation, PLEASE!
