K: Everywhere online says their hours are open on Saturday. Frustrating to drive out of your way on a day off to have this post on their door. The building - 3 floors up- is the only way you know they are closed. Update your hours online please!!

Ben Macinnes: Made an appointment online and was in and out for a blood draw within 15 minutes. The lady was great too. Very friendly. I don’t understand the bad reviews, I go there twice a year and have never had an issue.
jayburbee: Supposed to be open at 8:00am on Saturdays...went at 8, and there was a line of 15 folks waiting for them to open. An hour later, still nobody showed up to open. No notice on the door. Nobody ever showed up to open. Don't waste your time.

Mike Bynum: I had a good experience. Make sure your Doctor's office sent the order or you have the paper MD order. Bring your id, insurance card, & credit card. Check in with the kiosk ( easy ) and get called for testing. The receptionist and lab tech. were polite and even though there were 8 people in the waiting room, it went smoothly for me. Total 30 minutes and I was out of there. You can make an appointment online or walk in is fine.
Maysa Cespedes: I wish I could give them zero starts. Just brought my daughter, whom I made an appt for and clearly stated PEDIATRIC APPT, fasting and the phlebotomist is NOT certified for pediatric appt. What?? This is very inconsiderate and disrespectful. I took a day off from work, my daughter missed therapies and is starving. Labcorp needs to do a better job at this. Very disappointed and frustrated!

Rogan Foulis: TLDR: Company that does blood testing doesn't have the supplies to conduct blood tests - lets you wait 45 minutes to tell you; go to the walgreens labcorp up the street insteadWent there when they opened and waited 45 minutes only to get in and find out they didn't have any blood draw kits because no one at the office ordered it.I don't know if it's because they don't pay their employees enough to care or if it's because their systems are completely messed up, but how does a lab meant for blood work not have blood draw kits?I swear this company can't ever seem to get it together. The staff was nice and courteous, but that doesn't make up for me wasting my time and being unable to get my blood work done - causing me to then have to reschedule my doctors visit.

Carson O'Hara: Theres no way to get in touch with someone online or over the phone to ask questions prior to appointment - when i arrived i found out they could not do the tests I wanted w/o a Doctor’s order - but it was IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone prior to driving over to find this out.

Annette Thomas: I had just left work and I had an 7:45 a.m. appointment. It took less than 30 minutes, which was great because I was tired and ready to go to sleep. The Lady that I interacted with was nice.
Robin M: Jennifer D. did my annual blood draw expertly, painlessly, and without leaving a bruise. FANTASTIC experience. Chris answered the phone when I called and was helpful, courteous, and put me at ease (since I had my veins blown multiple times at a *different* lab for a routine draw in the past). Facility is meticulously clean, signing in on the kiosk simple and quick. I will always return to this facility and ask for Jennifer. Thank you again for your skills and service Jennifer. You are awesome!!!

I and another person arrived at the Draw Station at approximately 4:45 (based on the published 7:00AM to 5:00PM hours of operation). Forty minutes of driving wasted, and then another trip tomorrow.Correct your hours of operation, PLEASE!

Brianna Marcus: I cannot say enough good things about this place. I needed a last-minute asbestos test done STAT (due diligence) and this place really came through.
