Bought a new trailer on Jan 19 which we put 60% cash down and when we got home, we noticed that the Jack was sitting funny. We thought that maybe the angle was intentionally like that for that specific jack however it turned out that it was not. My husband called east Coast Sales and was told to take the trailer back up there. At his earliest convenience, he did. He met the manager, Randy, inside who was completely unprofessional and rude. Randy walked my husband out as he was trying to explain to him and show him pictures of the Jack/trailer. Randy shewed him away several times with his hand and repeatedly told him Bye. Randy also told my husband that he didn’t want my husband’s business despite my husband being a repeat customer. Justin, however, took time out and tried to resolve the issue. As a matter of fact, after the mechanic came out there and pretty much told my husband that he was a liar yet gave fault to the welding job, Justin was persistent in trying to calm the situation and husband down and offered to do what he could for us. After leaving EastCoast Sales my husband called Bigfoot Trailers himself and got a resolution. Moments later, we got a text from Justin stating that Bigfoot Trailers was going to cover the fee to fix it there as well. However we will not be returning to this place for any more business.

Meredith Jeffries: The hyco lake inland service dept was a disgrace. I took my boat there and dropped it off on Tuesday morning when they opened.they stated they had no work lined up today would jump right on it. Told me it would be done by Thursday morning . Well it wasn’t I understand stuff comes up and I am a very understanding person. Called Thursday after work it still wasn’t even started on. By this point I’m getting a little frustrated. It was done early Friday morning and done company wrong and in a hurry wires left unhooked and just a sloppy job all together. Left the piece of equipment just hanging on other wires to fall down had it zip tied just a complete disaster. After we pick the boat up we’re going down the road and notice something not right we look back the tower has fell down and completely bent the bar. It was not locked back into place witched caused the wind to break it going down the road. Called them to speak with someone who pretty much acted like they could care less. Proceeded to tell me there was nothing to be done by them from their mistake . Sends us video of us picking the boat up and in the video you can clearly see it was not locked back into place. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a business who is supposed to be a class act to the boating community at hyco lake.

Completely unnecessary to see if a boat is even close to affordable.So next you try to decide the cost by the monthly payment estimate they show you but even that is stupidly misleading because if you read the fine print it's expecting $25,000 down! $50,000 down!

We had them winterize the boat, and recently had our 20-hour service completed. They've gone out of their way to expedite service and get us back out on the water again. Than they told me is screw brok and stock on blok to remove the screw cost me 680$. Now after that used the boat two time and today hole starter disconnected from the blok. Boy I was dead on water with the kids. I hade to be towed to the dock. I really hope on God the will fixed one time right.
