Kimberly Young: The Travel Mechanic wedding planner Lauren Doyle fell short in all expectations. Did not return email and avoided phone calls. Her negotiating skills for rooms and costs were terrible. I had to call the hotel myself. My niece was supposed to have a private car to the hotel in Cancun as she was traveling alone. They had no information for private and wanted to put her on a shuttle. Sorry Lauren you should find a new career.

Jennifer Richards: Stacie planned our family Universal trip for us. We are Disney people but have not been to0 Universal in about 10 years. Our kids wanted to go so we decided to take them. We made our choice and didn't have to think beyond that. One of the reasons for going to Universal is that our daughter is a big Harry Potter fan. The train opened that day and we were able to ride it all because she reached out to try to make magic happen for us. KDAOH: Oh my goodness where do I begin? The transporation company I had contracted with backed out on me literally 2 days before my daughter's wedding at Wrightsville Beach. Euran stepped right in, gave us a great rate and pulled it all together for us. He did exactly what he said he would, was on time and the coach and both the mini coach were incredibly nice. They even put out the red carpet for the bridal party! They were a life saver and a joy to work with. Don't search any further, this is DEFINITELY the transportation company you should use for any event!!!!!!!
Dawn McDowell: This companies buses break down constantly. My family and friends rented them to go to SC just a few months ago and the bus broke down on the highway. They sent a replacement and it poured rain that day the replacement buses leaked to the point peooke had to put up umbrellas. Now I sit at my child's school waiting because the buses as one broke down on I-40 near Warsaw. They definitely have maintenance problems. Nit a happy mom right now.
